Pho was definitely under mid. The broth was hot which I love but the overall flavor & consistency was definitely leftover thrown away over expanded broken noodles thrown into hot broth. Don’t trust that young bro cook either who look like he just got out of the joint. Don’t trust the restaurant either. Just stick to 1 specialty rather than dabbling in every other Asian cuisine. Never going back.

The owner is incredibly cheap with the protein, my sushi roll just had a sliver of salmon in it. Wish I would have known that before purchase, which you pay first before seeing your food. What a complete let down do not come here.

Tried to get their version of a Philadelphia roll(Alabama?) with tuna instead of salmon, kitchen said yes but woman in front said no changes to any roll. Just as well, I had the Hawaii roll and there were thin small pieces only on top inside a simple cucumber roll. Miso ramen tasted more like pork and a little heavy on the dash. It had flavor just not miso flavor. Soda fountain out of Pepsi so we split a bottled Coke. $4.99 for one bottle. Wow. We tried someplace new to us,won’t be back.

Had the BYO Poki bowl, could not find anything about it online, I saw they had takeout flyers if their full menu but did not grab one. Food and portions were good, only reason I took a star off was because they did not toss the meat in sauce but just put it in bowl on top of base and sauce over it. Took me at least 5 minutes to get down to meat base. I would get again for the 17$.

Was greeted nicely and quick. Very cooling inside with low lighting, was so good on very warm days. Noodles were awesome even on a warm day. Jalapeño popper were amazing. So much food variety, I wanted to try them all. I recommend 100%

Only wish there was more portion in the poke, and that you could only have 1 serving of salmon especially for the price. Other than that, it was a good meal.
