Almost cold broth , 100% cold eggs, ALL of my chicken fit in the spoon. $17.50!! What a joke. Server was pleasant . I should have left when I walked in at 12 and there was ONE person there….. wish I can have my money back.

I love ramen. They make great ramen. I love spicy ramen. Their ramen is not hot. You can only put so much Sriracha that or it takes away the taste. If your family loves ramen bring them here. If you want to be crying while you eat ramen. Find another place…

When walking in, the hostess was very kind & we were seated immediately. I love the anime posters & atmosphere. This was my 2nd time trying ramen ever. My boyfriend & I wasn’t too sure what to get but our waitress was a big help by informing us on what to get. I added more spices to my extra spicy chicken broth ramen & it was delicious. I definitely would go again.

First time trying Brothers Ramen and not sure if it will be my last. Met my brother in laws friends here because they highly recommend it. They told us it was one of their favorite spots in the Boro so of course I came in with high expectations.

I will say I love the vibe of the restaurant. The interior is decorated very nicely and gives a more upscale appeal. We were also seated right away even though our full party wasn’t present, which was nice. They only had a couple other customers for it being a Saturday afternoon.

Service was good. Our waitress came around to check in on us a couple times before the remaining part of our party arrived. She was also good with refilling our drinks and making sure we good during our visit.

Unfortunately something happened with their oven while they were preparing our ramen so we had quite a bit of a wait. I’m also not sure why we were served after the table to our left and right were, even though they all came in after us. Both tables ended up finishing their meals and leaving before we even got our food. So I’m not sure how they do their tickets for orders. Wasn’t really happy with that.

The food was the biggest disappointment. Very lacking in flavor. I ordered the chicken curry and pork buns. My husband got the Kaisen ramen and Takoyaki. He said he didn’t like it, which is surprising because he’s more forgiving when it comes to food compared to me. The pork in my pork buns was the thinnest piece I have ever seen and the soy sauce was very overpowering. The curry I had in my dish was very thin and watery. The chicken was basically the karaage they use for the appetizer, not actually chicken cutlet like I’m used to.

Part of me was thinking maybe it was because I didn’t order ramen at a ramen spot but the fact that my husband and my sister both didn’t really like their ramen tells me I might have been disappointed anyways.

It’s unfortunate but I guess we will still be on the hunt for a good ramen spot in the Boro. I’m rating two stars because my husband and I both liked the vibe of the restaurant and our waitress was good. But other than that they were a bit lacking with the food and service as far as who got served first.

Brothers Ramen, yall don’t owe me nothing!!

Let me tell you something — that spicy miso ramen came through like the ex I wish would’ve leveled up. Rich, salty, just a little naughty, and oh-so-satisfying. That broth? It hugged my soul like a weighted blanket on a bad day. Noodles were springy like they had places to be — and I followed them willingly. The spice was perfect. Left my lips with just the right amount of tingle.

Now let’s talk dumplings — baby, they were serving plump perfection. Steamed just right with a lil’ golden pan-seared moment on the bottom? Come on now! I almost proposed to the dipping sauce.

The shrimp tempura was giving crunch goals. That batter was light, flaky, and crispier than your best friend’s clapback in a group chat. No grease bombs here — just golden fried fabulousness with shrimp so juicy it might’ve winked at me.

And don’t think I forgot about that takoyaki — those little octopus balls were poppin’ with flavor. Soft on the inside, crisp on the outside, and topped with enough sauce and bonito flakes to make my tastebuds throw a party. I bit into one and literally said, “Oh?! You better work!”

Now, as for the customer service — warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. My server was helpful, knew the menu well, and gave great suggestions. My food came out promptly, and they checked in just enough to make sure I had everything I needed without hovering. Christain is awesome!!!!

I had the shoyu ramen and green tea cheesecake. The ramen was flavorful and the toppings were delicious. The noodles were pleasantly firm, not soggy. While the runny egg was bland, the pickled ginger was zippy and the corn and spinach were refreshing. The cheesecake was just the right size for a light treat afterward.

This is my second time here. I came back because my first experience was awesome, but this time, not so much. The Ramen is not hot enough. The egg is cold making the broth colder. The restaurant is freezing. I am told that the heat doesn’t work and that the boss won’t fix things. The cooks are wearing jackets and hoods. I am not happy. I was literally shivering as it feels like the air conditioner is running. Can’t eat the cold Ramen.

We had a short wait, they were very busy. Then after sitting down we were greeted immediately. We had multiple servers helping and making sure we got everything we needed. They even gave us a free appetizer for a wait, which I thought was awesome customer service. We have three children so they love anything extra! The food was amazing. We all tried something different and everyone left very full, happy and with leftovers.

This place is the best took my family here and got the takoyaki and the karage for appetizers they were authentic and so delicious! The karage was just begging to be eaten with a cold beer and the takoyaki was warming to the bone! The chasu ramen was rich and fragrant and the beef ramen had a deep delicious flavor like leaping into a steak dinner! The decor was lovely and caters to anime lovers with a life size Naruto at the entrance and a sunwukong relief sitting guard over the dining room which was playing one piece on the TV’s and playing animal crossing music. All over a positive experience
