I must say, they serve one of the best, if not THE best, flan I have ever tasted (besides my mother’s, of course). I love their flans so much I ordered 200 mini flans for my wedding’s dessert table and spent the whole night having my guests ask me where these flans were from. Personally, I’m not sure why some of these other reviews say the employees haven’t been friendly or the pastries “old” because every time I have gone, no matter the time of day, all the employees have been incredibly friendly and attentive, and all the pastries I have ever tried have been extremely fresh. I mean, there’s a reason why every time I walk in the bakery is filled with customers placing orders and buying food. The only bad thing I have to say is that I wish I discovered this place sooner, because I have been missing out on a gem of a bakery for so long. All my family members have started shopping there after trying their desserts. I highly recommend!!

Terrible experience here I bought a Cuban vanilla cake from here and when I got home to cut it the frosting itself was like rubber and the cake itself was sour as if it where expired.

Visited today for assorted pasteles and empanadas. This place has been our preferred choice for Cuban baked goods for many years. Our experience today was disappointing. The thin guava pasteles which have always been a favored specialty, were overcooked to the point that they were difficult to bite into and chew, and they hardly had filling. All the baked empanadas we ordered were overcooked. Their fillings were very limited and dry and the pastry was so overcooked it resembled a cracker. Frankly, we concluded that this product should have been discarded instead of sold. All that we ordered left much to be desired and service would benefit from training in professionalism. Sadly, we will not be returning and are no longer able to recommend this business.

Love the fact that they are open early, and that the staff is very pleasant, that being said. The bakery is just bad. When one goes to a bakery early in the morning, one expect fresh baked breads, not the ones that they couldn’t sell two days ago. I hope they can improve their quality, I gave this place two tries expecting a positive outcome, however, it was always the same stale rancid bread.

I asked why ?
She said it was my fault, she warned me 2 times she was going to put everything but mayonnaise

I am reviewing location on SW 8 street and 132 Avenue as I have not been to the others.
Staff are always friendly and attentive. The bakery is cleaned, organized and items labeled well. The pastries are fresh and the pan con tortilla is delicious.
I highly recommend this location!

I used to buy all kinds of pastries there but went today and the quality of their products is Horrendous it tastes horrible and disgusting very disappointing not buying any more pastries from them.
