Went to Opa yesterday 2/23/26 after at least 10 years now. Had a gift card that I wanted to use. Ended up getting two Grilled Chicken Artichoke to go meals. They were so delicious! Pricey but so well worth it, I went in the morning before 12PM, was nobody there lol, felt like I was the first customer of the day. Friendly staff greeted me when I walked in, asked how I’m doing. I really appreciate the service! On the other hand the parking ️ is a total ripoff…. For under 1 hour I had to pay $8.45… in the morning on a Monday… total rip off and what is a service fee??? That garage is nuts, hope the management gets rich from what I paid…

Really great food with a lively atmosphere! The vegetarian options were tasty and had a good variety. I was impressed with the Greek lasagna, alternating layers of Greek cheeses, zucchini and potato with a savory tomato sauce. Very unique dish that I hadn’t even heard of during my trip to Greece a few years ago. The service is great, and especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. The music and vibes are 100% fun.

My husband and I came here for a date night and had such a great time! We arrived a little early to settle in before the belly dancing show at 7pm, which was so much fun to watch. Their holiday drink menu is out now, and the peppermint mocha-tini was delicious! The service was wonderful, the atmosphere was lively. Definitely recommend.

Had a surprise party for my husband and it was perfect! A little loud but we are old and we came in knowing there was a dj and entertainment so not surprised.
My 88 year old mother-in-law even danced a little.

Wow just WOW!!! I have been in hospitality for over 30 years and when I say this visit to Taverna Opa Orlando was AMAZING words cant describe. The night started off with Jose (Waiter) when I say Phenomenal personality thats an under statement. Jose was someone I would hire in my hotel or restaurant in Miami. Jose was the epitome of what hospitality stands for.. Friendly, engaging, customer focused and genuine. Jose started the night with menu suggestions and ideas as my best friend had never had Greek food before, he was spot on with the suggestions. Then came Jenna (The Belly Dancer) she was superb the way she interacts with all tables is by far amazing. Jenna smile and kindness was so infectious that all the tables were talking to each other after she would show each person how to belly dance. I have always said having been in the business for 30 years and a degree in Hospitality there are three ways someone experiences a night out. One, the food was great and service sucked (Usually, most people will maybe go back one more time to see if the service was the issue. Two the food sucked and the service was amazing (This person will usually only go back to see the server that served them) Lastly, the Food was AMAZING & the Service was also AMAZING (These are the true gems of the industry) when food and service come together this place is the one you write awesome reviews for and also always visit. when your back in town. I would give the night with JOSE & JENNA more than 5 stars if I could what an fabulous, amazing and spectacular evening wont forget!!!!

10/10 Highly recommend! Everything we ordered was amazing. Everyone was great from the moment you enter the door. Our server was excellent! We got there at opening time so it wasn’t full at all. However, we can’t wait to go back for the evening entertainment and atmosphere. If you’re looking for great food, great people and a great atmosphere, don’t even think twice about going here, just go and enjoy!

We celebrated our wedding dinner at Taverna Opa with our family and friends, and it was so much more than we ever expected. Everything was absolutely special — the team went above and beyond for us. Especially the person who attended us all night — he made everything feel even more magical!
The shows, the dancers, the DJ who played songs we loved… everything was just incredible. If you’re thinking of celebrating something — even after your wedding — honestly, there’s no better gift to yourselves than to enjoy and celebrate here. All of our guests left so happy!

We had the Apollo Meat Platter and it was excellent. We also had the avgolemono soup which was yummy as well. Joshua was our server and was very helpful guiding us through the menu. The owner also visited our table and was very engaging. We even got to see the entertainment! The belly dancer was beautiful and fabulous. We’ll certainly come back for their happy hour which they offer everyday from 3-6pm.
