The last two times I did Kroger Pickup I waited an awful long time for my order to be brought out. Was told I was next, 45 minutes later they came out. Was standing in the rain for over a half hour soothing the baby. This most recent time I arrive in the window of pickup and was told my order wasnt even ready yet. Again I will be standing outside for probably an hour soothing the baby lol. If you can not accommodate the pickup during the time offered to schedul….don’t schedule it. I’d rather be given a later time to schedule than to sit in my car for an hour with 2 kids and a newborn. Or tell me it’s going to be an hour wait, so I cancel all together and go in and get it myself. It makes no sense to offer a service designed to save me time If you end up wasting it instead. would consider using walmart if you need to do pickup. I wont be using them any longer.
