Where to begin… This is my first time trying this place and I was actually excited until I realize how dysfunctional and untrained the staff there is. I ordered three bowls and a kids meal quesadilla. By the time they went to make my third bowl they had already run out of rice. She told me it would be ready in about five minutes if I could just step aside and wait so I did …15 minutes later while my other food was getting cold I’m still standing there at the counter. None of the employees are acknowledging me, and the fact that I’m still waiting on rice meanwhile they are serving other customers in line rice With their bowls. Not to mention there was 6 to 8 DoorDashers waiting on orders which none of them were ready for pick up so instead of attending to the in-store customers they continue to ignore everyone in the store and proceeded to only make the DoorDash orders. I’m shocked more customers didn’t walk out. Finally after waiting about 25 minutes, I demanded a refund for my missing bowl which then took the guy at the register about 10 more minutes to figure out how to refund my money, only saw three teenagers work in there no manager or anybody with any sense or authority. Insight was literally watching a Mickey Mouse show in live person. Everyone there should be fired, including the manager if one even exist I will never recommend this place to anyone. Me and family of 3 went here Friday evening about 6 evening.
Was completely disgusted with the way w were treated here.
To not be able to enjoy our meal is embarrassing.
My daughter ordered the surf n turf bowl and they told her any extra ingredients she got on it aside from particular items that come on it she would be charged extra .
So her bowl end up looking like a kids bowl cause she did not wanna pay for veggies luck gallo and stuff.
Our other 2 bowls was disgusting as well.
Barely ingredients.
Then heard a employee made a smart comment saying well it cause y’all don’t know how charge right talking about our order so we spent 55 dollars and did not get full cause was worried being charged for other stuff we wanted on the bowl.
The new employee there attitude is horrible.
Never had this issue before and we love eating Asian.
Let’s not forget having to wait 15 minutes for veggies to get done.

Decent food, but not well prepared. Got a quesadilla and couldnt even pick it up because of how they cut it everything just falls out. Then they cram it in a small bowl so that it gets all soggy. Might as well just order a bowl. Definitely overpriced for what it is and would never recommend based on my experience.

This location should hire some real employees!! Went to this location to give it a second chance (after being disappointed for the first time) but was a mistake.
The guy making my order wasn’t communicating or responding at all!! It was a simple order of veggie bowl. Starting with beans, even though I clearly requested him to drain the beans, he didn’t do that and so my bowl ended up like a soup. Moving on to toppings, he literally put 3-4 pieces of lettuce and I had to ask him to put more like 3 more times ( like seriously?? Who would be stingy with lettuce??!) They need to not hire high schoolers who don’t wanna work in customer service!!
And then the girl at the cash register forgets to give me chips with queso (that’s okay coz people forget) but she questioned me “you want regular chips or large? I have never got that question at any other Qdoba location!!
Never coming back to this location. Qdoba in Alliance is 100 times better!! Better customer service, never messing up with orders.

Burrito looks like a square and doesnt contain anything of substance. Didn’t have options like cheese or jalepenos and letuce was obviously bad. Rice is under cooked. Horrible lunch.

I always go eat at Qdoba after shopping at kroger. Today, 8:50 pm, there was hardly any meat left. The lady in the bar right away said this is all we have, grill was completely closed even though they close at 10. Not only was grill closed, it was already cleaned and everything so who knows how early they shut it down. Hardly any toppings left. My family left, we went down the street, one minute away to Chipotle and sure enough, as expected, grill still on, closing same time.
Embarrassing! I brought my son to try it out letting him know this was better than Chipotle, only to end up at Chipotle!

The girls in here are nice ish but don’t know how to roll a burrito. Maybe it’s the way they were taught to do it? No clue. When I asked for a little bit of cilantro and she gave me a handful on top, I was a bit annoyed. When she rolled my burrito into a square I was puzzled. Then the total came for 3 burritos and 3 soft drink- 48$ Really? Then they asked me for a tip. When I unrolled the tightly wrapped foil at my seat the burrito busted and leaked all the juices out. Needed a fork for this thing as it was oddly wrapped and couldn’t be held and eaten like an other larger burrito establishments I’ve ever been to. This is likely to be the last time in this place.

I don’t know if there’s new staff, but the quality has definitely gone downhill. I always order the same meat and queso bowl, and this time the portion was extremely small. What made it worse is that the manager is the one who served it. Very disappointed.

This was going to be my new favorite spot since it reminds me of chipotle, the queso is included, including the guac I was excited until I started to eat. I had chard BURNT veggies in my food and some of the adobo chicken was also burnt. Aside from that my food was good. My husband did say the steak tasted stale.
