It is ridiculous how yall treat our community. We work hard for our money and there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON we have to be treated with long slow lines, having to wait in the parking lot after we’ve been in line for 25 minutes waiting to order then you pull us around for another 10 minutes. Then, to make it worse, I order online just to pull up to the whole outside of the building, smelling like something is burning. After waiting on the inside for 15 minutes just to place an order (not yet getting my food prepared), there’s 5 people waiting for their orders. I finally get my food, take it home to eat it, and it has been fried in burned grease, and it’s so bitter that we can’t eat it. Do better or shut it down.

Man I ran through your drive thru and you hold us all at the drive thru menu until you are ready for us to come up. The food I just got was spoiled it tasted horrible. I had to throw it all away. I ended up going to VG’s and spice it up. I will never be back to this location. Ridiculous what you are serving to people and charging a premium price.

Paid almost $40, told it would be 7 minutes for some blackened chicken strips. After waiting 30 minutes went back around and none of my food was ready. Now they’re saying another 7 minutes for chicken. I asked for a refund and I’m still not seeing it refunded on my card. I’m going to call my bank today because other then that, I’ll be back in Flint in a few days personally.

I’ve been to this popeyes twice in the last week after not going for at least 3-4 years for obvious reasons. Food is never fresh and service sucks.
But the first time I went the service was cool but the food sucked. They literally gave me a half scoop of macaroni in that big bowl it came in then after checking my bag i realized they forgot every sauce I asked for.
Then I went back last night just to see the person who’s supposed to be taking orders get out his car from smoking I know this cause as soon as he opened the window the smell came into my car. After seeing that I should’ve left but i stayed to give yall another chance to redeem y’all selves which yall clearly didn’t deserve. But anyways the food was old and dry, I ordered a sprite and it literally was just carbonated water had no sprite flavor. I will NEVER be back here again I thought after 3-4 years you guys would have it together but you obviously still dont care.

Ordered online and it was supposed to be done at 1:36pm. Got it at 1:53pm. Workers didnt care, taking their time. Inside was clean, the food is a 10/10. Id definitely eat from here again if I wasnt in a hurry.

Slowest place on earth. I did an online order. Sat in the drive thru for 10 mins. It didnt move. Walked in, saw my bags sitting behind the glass, and there is a huge line not moving. Why not fast pickup options?

I just was here and had a coupon on the mobile app everything was immaculate and I would like to thank the staff members who helped like Tanesha she was very kind and the manager on duty was very helpful and supportive to the cashier and the food was fresh the dining room wasn’t bad but could use a little sweeping but everything was fire and I would most definitely recommend again

$13 DOWN THE DRAIN…
This chicken was the worst ever. Dry and hard as hell. All the chicken was over cooked. The fries were cooked hard, dried out and appeared to be under the heat lamp too long. The slaw smelled spoiled and I was scared I’d get food poisoning. Won’t be going back here !!
