As a Delta Ramp Agent it’s hard to not over spend when working in the airport.Wendy’s keeps me fed without overpaying.The chili is my go too! Always delicious and the cheese potato!!! Typical airport experience. Overpriced. Lukewarm nuggets. Cold fries. Long, slow line. Lucky me, the food was for a toddler who prefers lukewarm and cold foods. . Cumbersome for ppl with suitcases, strollers, or wheelchairs.

Service was so-so, but they charged an extra $0.99 just to switch from a soda to a bottle of water. After checking my receipt, I also noticed a tip had been added even though I was never asked to choose a tip amount. Pretty shady.

I order a large combo, get a medium drink, whatever maybe they’re out. I order a plain sausage biscuit, specifying no cheese and egg. Open it up, I have cheese and egg. Whatever I can scrape it off. I grab my breakfast fries, small container. Whatever maybe it’s the world’s ways of telling me to lose a few. However, I go to take a drink and there is something foul in my lid. Horrible customer service and attitude.

When we arrived it was 10:03am and I was expecting breakfast but it had switched over to lunch. I was not prepared to order lunch and the lady who took my order was rude to me about it in her tone and by the way she was pushing my husband and I through the line. While waiting for our order, the girl putting the orders together had her phone hiding inside a box of ketchup packets texting someone and not at all working. I looked around to see if I was missing something because we’re at an airport, I thought these transactions are supposed to be fast? But the cashier also was not only on her phone but had ear buds in not helping the line of people waiting for their food at all. At this point there’s about 8-10 people waiting for orders. When we finally got our food, the fries were literally thrown in and hanging out of the bag and filled as if they’re trying to save money on supplies. Just overall not impressed. We don’t expect too much from fast food but we shouldn’t have to stand around and wait while employees clearly don’t care. We love Wendy’s, we weren’t at all upset about getting lunch, just not prepared. The staff was not friendly, distracted, and doing the bare minimum IF that. Not what I expected from a place where time is of the essence. Wendy’s if you see this, staffing needs work here. Not your best staff!

Yikes. Ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. Asked for unsweetened iced tea. Got sweetened tea. Ordered a small frosty, cashier asked vanilla or chocolate – I say chocolate. She gives me a medium vanilla. Charge me more, give me the wrong item. She fixed both drinks (not the money) with good nature – but the cashier is the one who took my order and who filled the drink and frosty. Why bother having a human being there? Just install an order kiosk – seems more likely to lead to an accurate fulfillment. Fries are stale – even though there is a line of people waiting for food? Why are fries sitting around if you’re pumping out dozens of orders?

Completely rude! Only offered 3 choices and fountain drinks only. Bottled water, that was in refrigerator right behind the person, was apparently too hard for her to turn around and grab. And with only 3 choices from the menu, you would think they could get it right. Attitude was poor at best, almost felt they would just as soon throw the food at you as hand it to you. Completely unprofessional. Will not be going back and direct even strangers away.
