Was in the mood to try something a little different so I git an order from delivery order from Panera!
Given it was a delivery order, I cannot comment about the service or building, but the delivery driver was nice and quick!
Food and drink though? Aside from my sandwich being a LITTLE unorganized, from the chips to the dessert, soup and everything was pretty good!
No complaints, i had a good experience with delivering from this Panera and might get another order one day.

Placed an order online ahead of time because I was on a tight schedule. Arrived 3 minutes prior to the time the order was to be ready, but there was a car inline already. We sat behind that car for 10-15 minutes. When they received their order it was just one bag (no reason for one bag to take that long!).
When I got to the window, I had a few moments to observe the staff inside. Not one of the four crew members that I could see had any sense of urgency. One guy was even dancing to whatever music was playing in the kitchen. Our order was brought to us shortly after we got to the window, but when I asked the gal about the long wait she told me it was because they just finished making our last sandwich. That really doesn’t track (I believe the reason was that they were making the order for the car ahead of me), but it still doesn’t account for the fact that we scheduled the pick-up for a specific time.
The order was correct and the food was tasty, but the packaging was unreasonably greasy. Not just the sandwich wrapper, but the napkins (unusable) and the bag itself.
All in all, this was a very disappointing experience. I now know that I cannot count on Panera to ensure my food is ready according to the predetermined schedule.

It’s my own fault for thinking each time will be different. It’s consistently unreasonably slow and I have witnessed what another review said about kitchen staff doing nothing and moving slowly. Takes me less time to make food fresh at home. Over priced hospital food with ridiculous wait times. Hope this place closes and gets replaced with a Chick Fil A

I placed a to go order hours ahead of time online for an event. I show up to pick up and I am told it was not ready and it would be 15 to 20 minutes longer. This delay would impact the timing of the event and the order had to be canceled. I am waiting for my refund. The manager was not friendly and very unpleasant.

Avocado toast was pretty pathetic. The avocado was hard and not mashed up, the tomatoes were tasteless, and the aioli was just gross on top. Their menu has gone WAY down not only on the recipes but quality of the food as well. Service is always amazing, but not worth 5$ for this mess.

My first visit was 5 stars- loaded sandwich and plenty of food. I’ve come back twice since then both with poor results. Almost $10 for a chicken sandwich with only a few small pieces of meat. You can customize your order in the menu but they forget to do it. Very long order completion times. Understaffed over holidays leaving trash and dish bins overwhelmed. We are huge fans being from the same place Panera started in the states and this is a poor rep of brand’s potential. I hope to update this review in a few months if they have improved. It’s a new location- definitely some growing pains. Could be the best place in Sheboygan for fast casual, but you have a long way to go!

I Love the Greek salad. It is suppose to come with a piece of bead, But they had no bread. They did offer me chips. BUT how does Panera Bread not have “Bread”. Really ??? I did buy their last bagel.

Went to Panera here, got an order to takeout. Ordered it at 12:47 and waited in front. At 1:15 the wife went in to check, the order was was sitting there but no one would bring out! It was only a cold sandwich and a soup? That long to get it to us?

I am beyond disappointed & disgusted that I recently ordered a bit over 20 minutes ago to receive my delivered food of two sandwiches ( ham croissant Benny & Chipotle chicken scramble egg & avocado) and a strawberry basil fresca half way through eating I pull a string of blonde-ish brown hair from my mouth and see another hair on top of my folded egg. Panera kitchen staff need to start wearing hair nets/bonnet. This truly ruined my morning. Now, I have to do pick ups instead to check my food in order to enjoy it, not good.

We went to the Panera bread on Taylor drive in Sheboygan WI this morning and I ordered an egg sandwich. It was 9:00 in the morning and there was no coffee made so you had to ask them to get your coffee. My sandwich was cold so I asked for them to reheat it. I waited almost eight minutes and no sandwich. Meantime people are going through the drivein and getting their food. I left without my sandwich because I wondered what they were doing to it!!! This is why you should never tip before getting your food! Terrible Service
