We are a community coffee and ice cream shop located in Cannon Falls, MN. We offer a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, over 16 flavors of parlor ice cream, breakfast and lunch options, and our very own CannonBelles Cheese! Our shop is located between Rochester and St. Paul, making us a perfect meeting location between the two. Cannon Falls is located at the head of the Cannon River Bike Trail, making us the perfect fuel up stop. We are also just steps from the Cannon River Winery and Tilion Brewery. Come visit us and enjoy our fun atmosphere, wonderful drinks, and delicious foods!

All the cattle decorations are adorable! My kids love stopping here for the delicious ice cream. They do an amazing job on the sandwiches, wraps, & coffee drinks as well. I’ve been to Cannonbelles multiple times & every time, the staff has not disappointed me with their suggested drinks & lunch picks. If you like espresso & ice-cream, try the affogato!

I would not recommend the food here, can’t speak on the coffee and ice cream but the food itself leaves a lot to be desired. This is ordered in often enough for work and every time I get it it is lackluster, the menu has too few options, the portions are small, and the food is always greasy. This time my order was written on the bag with one item and a side and the side was missing, one of the two items. Other people in my group were missing items as well. Of the sides you can choose from that you probably won’t find in your bag, the choices are greasy (bland) chips, carrots, or apples. Is this a kids’ meal from a fast food place or what? What are those options? I would stick to coffee and ice cream as that is the bread and butter I suppose, the rest of the food is an afterthought at best

As we welcome the warmer months each year, we head to Cannon Belles Coffee and Ice Cream in Cannon Falls. This town has more charm that a quick view of map can tell a story of. This historic building is fun to visit and experience the local culture.
I never guessed initially that they provide award-winning artisanal cheeses, too! We are avid cheese lovers since living in Europe where the selection is amazing, and cheese is an every-day stable as well as a gourmet dessert.
When it comes to ice cream, I’m always the one looking for a frozen yogurt option. Secondly, I recommend the Black Licorice ice Cream and Maple Nut ice cream for adult tastes. The kids love their Superman ice cream. Sometimes, I take my coffee in their float variety– 2 generous scoops of ice cream and freshly brewed coffee. The staff is great. They’ve even brewed a fresh pot of coffee upon request.
We like it that everyone has an option for how their ice cream is served: a waffle cone, gluten-free cone, a cup, or cake cone…or simply take home a pint or gallon version. Usually, they have benches outside for enjoying the weather while we have our treats.
The “Kiddie Scoops” are the right size for any age, who is conserving on sweet intake.
Street side parking is available. As well, there is the generous parking lot on the east side of the winery across the street. It’s a friendly community. We enjoy meeting friends here. Huge thanks to the owners for investing your retail operation in this locale.

Cannon Falls is an ideal halfway point for my friend and me to meet. We’ve chosen CannonBelles, a coffee shop in the Fountains of Cannon Falls, and it’s perfect for our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful.
I was thinking about getting a double scoop, but the single scoop waffle cone was huge! They also have gluten-free cones which my family appreciated.
Also, I look forward to going back post-COVID so that we can play some of the board games they have there while getting ice cream and coffee.

There is lots of seating options and board games to sit and hang out. Very kid friendly.
Located in downtown Cannon Falls. There are bike racks and outside seating.

This is such an amazing little jewel. We found this gem while traveling through Minnesota in need of some wifi and caffeination. We all were so impressed with the quaint décor, friendly service, clean facilities, and quality food and drink. I highly recommend Cannon Belles Coffee and Ice Cream to friend and foe alike.
