It was a great experience, people were very nice the food was pretty good should try the spinach dip and the wings. We had a fish & chip platter delishes. The games were so much fun and I ordered a chilton. It was a wonderful vibe all around. Would recommend for a kids party.

Loved it, the service was fantastic, the food was also delicious and I loved the games. Took my daughter out for her birthday. Also the waitress and her manager were very kind and very friendly and professional. My sister ordered the funnel cake fries, it was supposed to be two orders of these, but we only got one. The young waitress went to her Manager and the manager gave us another one, doubled in size for free, now that’s what I call an fantastic customer service , their names are Chris and Donique.

I’m very disappointed due to the food service for the following reason; I ordered Korean Spicy ️ wings and i got Korean Barbecue. Server argue that they were Spicy Korean when they were NOT. At the end I I did not get why I ordered . Poor Customer Service.

My family visited Dave & Buster’s to celebrate my younger brother’s birthday and encountered an issue with older game cards that are no longer in circulation. We approached Chris, who was assisting another guest at the bar. As soon as he completed that interaction, he promptly assisted us with professionalism and patience. Chris carefully listened to our questions, clearly explained the process for redeeming the card value for future use, and informed us how utilizing the mobile app could enhance our experience and resolve the issue. His customer service was exceptional, and his knowledge was greatly appreciated. Chris is an excellent representative of the company—thank you for providing outstanding service.

We were here for my great niece’s birthday. They provided food and drink for everyone, a cake and game cards for all guests. The kids (ages 16 to 17) had a great time. Such a great place to have a teens, or an adults, or a kids party. Such a fun place. Our server went above and beyond. It was great.

Got the sirloin. Usually not a big fan of this cut of meat, but I’m so glad I did! Amazing flavor from first cut to last. The potato’s and onion straws were amazing as well! Off to play games as a 12 year old mind in a 47 year old body now. You guys are amazing!
