Placed mobile order, was told coffee wasn’t ready and ti pull to bay 2. Waited 10 min on food, and then didn’t get the coffee. Had to wait another 5 min on coffee. People where nice but the wait time is crazy. And have gotten incorrect orders multiple times. For the price and time spent, I could havevsat down at waffle house and had a real breakfast.

Had a big mac meal and the fries were good, but the Big Mac was small. The bread and everything wasn’t smaller than it used to be. I had not had one for a long time before this. I usually only get a bacon egg and cheese biscuit for breakfast when I’m traveling. That’s about it.

I want to be nice, but I wasted my time and money. First, this location is clearly intended primarily for online ordering and drive-thru customers. I guess post-pandemic, a lot of restaurants model for bland, featureless, and soda fountain-free lobbies. No-one was actively staffing the register, and i like old-school ordering via a human being. Instead, I used one of the kiosks to order. I customized a very simple sandwich, the Daily Double. My DD had cheese that was still cold, no lettuce and tomatoes, as it should, and it was the least tasteful thing I’ve eaten in many months. If ever I need a door-stop, I will order the DD again from this location.
Nevermind that the parking format forces dine-in customers to walk farther or to cross drive-thru traffic, which often includes distracted drivers checking their orders while moving forward.
Poor quality food prep is a reflection of the preparer, the manager, and the franchise owner. By comparison, an alternate nearby location is a 6-star example of McDonald’s as it should be.
Sorry to be a negative Nancy, or Karen, but gee-wiz, that stunk.

This was the Worst 1/4 Cheese Burger i ever had in my Life !!! The staff were Very Nice and made you feel Welcome no complaints with that at all..But after i got my order and started down the road ,I proceeded to eat my 1/4 pound cheese burger it was so dry ! And actually tasted like it was heated up in a Microwave!! AND WAS LEFT OVER FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!! I’M NOT A KAREN !! AND I DON’T USUALLY WRITE REVIEWS!! BUT AFTER EATING THIS HAMBURGER I THOUGHT I SHOULD WRITE THIS !!!! I really hope they fix this,if not I don’t know who would actually eat that crap…

Party of 6 to go order: Prettiest, most well put together burgers and & bagged fries I’ve ever seen from a McDonald’s. Possibly any fast food honestly. Not a fry out of place. The toppings were actually on the burger and the cheese was even perfectly placed. I regret not taking a photo so I’ll just leave this review here for this epic team.

Fries so hot you could not touch them! Yes! Finally had a Big Mac that made the grade. Best McDonalds I have been to in FL. I watched the manager taking orders, taking out food, including the drive through. That’s why this place is top notch. Lead by example!

This is my favorite McDonald’s. They are always super fast, even if there is a long line, I will usually get out of there within 10mins. Staff is always very friendly and helpful!
