This was me and my husband’s 1st time eating here, I highly recommend if you are looking for healthier cleaner eating options. The soup is exceptional and oh so delicious the bread is freshly baked and amazing none of that killer ingredients, like what the government uses to poison us with mass grocery store products etc . Anyway just check it out, we Are going to have breakfast there in the morning because the menu has some amazing looking deli meat asiago and everything bagel bagels.. will update you on the breakfast menu Monday morning but so far 10 outta 10 Stars

Quick service! Bathroom could use some attention. Unless it’s broken, it’s pretty lazy to just leave the huge roll of TP on the handicapped railing instead of putting it in the dispenser!

It’s 8:17PM. You all close at 9:00PM. Why are we being told you won’t make hot sandwiches because it’s so close to closing time? If that’s the case, close at 8. Terrible service. Left without purchasing anything.
Update: we went to McAlister’s on Two Notch – they also close at 9. They had 0 issue preparing a hot sandwich as listed on their menu. Will be sure to go there from now on.

Loved the half salad with Plantain bananas and Gala apples served with Mexican corn chowder soup. My wife enjoyed a turkey BLT although they forgot the bacon. Very nice staff.

The service was beyond terrible. The two young ladies who “said” they were the manager’s don’t need to be. They should be ashamed of the presentation of the place. Had we gone inside instead of the drive thru I would not have ordered. The display cases were nasty with things dripping from the glass and pretty much nothing was in stock. I ordered $50 worth of food. I informed them I had an allergy to nuts and they ensured me they would leave it off my food. I get home and there are nuts laying under my dressings cups. I drive all the way back up their and asked for another salad and refund but they refused. My husband paid so I didn’t think to bring his card. I asked for another option and they refused the refund and to remake my food. 1 manager aggressively threw my salad in the trash and walked away. The other after refusing any resolve abruptly walked away. When she returned she ignored me and she asked the other customers to come to the other register. I asked her why would she do that and the customer said just help her. She ignored and told them to come up. I stepped away and called corporate. I walked up and asked for her name she told me her 1st name in a nasty way and then apologized to the other customers for me asking her name. I stated “I am a paying customer too and your not going to continue being disrespectful”. She again continued to ignore me. And the proceeded to talk about me to her staff while I was standing there. I really don’t understand why our young adults have no sense of intergrity and think being passive aggressive means they are handling things appropriately. The nasty aesthetic and atmosphere of the establishment is a direct reflection of their poor attitudes. I will be calling the general manager as well.

3rd time visiting this location only to get plain bagels. The other times i went too late. The person at the counter was very helpful and pleasant. The bagles were fresh and tasted good. Recommended.

The place was clean and quiet. The service sucked. The cups weren’t at the drink station. I had to ask for them and the lady behind the counter didn’t speak. The food was very bland. The size of the sandwich wasn’t worth the price. I’ve added a picture of my hand on the side of my half sandwich that was almost $9. The sandwich was pretty good but very sweet.

My most recent visit did not end well! The closing shift is staffed with a bunch of high school students, which I know is common in fast food everywhere. Everyone (including the manager) acted immaturely EXCEPT for this one young man working in the kitchen whose name I did not get! I ordered food towards the last hour before the store closed, which is why I asked the cashier if there were any items not available at the moment. She told me the items that they were out of, which was nothing I wanted, so I continued. I had to get the “manager” for clarification after eventually trying to order something that the cashier never initially stated they were out of! As I waited for my order at the pickup window, I noticed that a female employee dropped one of my sandwiches on the floor! If I did not speak up about it, she would have still placed it in my bag, which is beyond unsanitary and TRIFLING! I asked if they’d make me another one. I am not sure if the food they dropped was ever even thrown in the trash, but I asked anyways. It was another young man who decided to reply by saying it was dumb for me asking. I corrected him and explained to him that it was beyond disrespectful for them to try and put dropped food items into my bag. I had the right to ask! It led to a back and forth AFTER I asked the female “manager” if I could speak with her AWAY from the meal area and staff. She refused. I am not sure why she wanted to speak in the open over food products anyways! Either way, this location needs some real leadership for the closing shift! The “manager” did not have proper control over the situation!

Ordered on doordash and the experience is horrible. I ordered 2 bowls of chicken noodle soup and a steak dipper. I received 2 cups of broth with no chicken or any of the other ingredients that are supposed to be in the soup. The picture of the sandwhich looks amazing but the sandwhich I received had 2 peices of meat on there I turned it sideways to take a picture to report it to Doordash and it looked like it was only bread. Just want everyone to know…..
