The best biscuit I have ever had from Chic fil a! Honestly, it’s one of the best biscuits I’ve ever had in my life! The egg on the chicken biscuit was a great choice. It was fluffy and complimented the sandwich. The piece of chicken was small but it was tasty!

I’ve only eaten here twice because it takes so long but decided to dine in today. Cashier was friendly. The Restaurant was fairly clean including windows and tables although the greasy finger prints need to be wiped off the walls behind the flowers on the tables. I loved the carnations (my favorite flower) at each table. Peaceful atmosphere and music was quiet and not offensive.. I minused one star for the greasy finger prints.

I ordered an egg white grill minus the cheese around 10:25 am once I got my food through the drive thru it was after 10:30am. As I was pulling away from the window, I checked my sandwich and it had cheese on it, so I went back around right to the chickfila worker at the drive thru and told her my sandwich was not correct and she said “go to the window but because it’s pass breakfast they won’t be able to correct my sandwich” and they said the same thing at the window. I ended up leaving with a lunch sandwich. Chickfila your customer service is going down fast. When you get a customer’s order wrong they should not have to settle for lunch when you did not make the sandwich order correct. Continued poor customer service will get you more 1 stars for reviews. You need to do better and handle customer’s orders more accurately. Great customer service has nothing to do with a nice voice. You need to focus on getting orders correct and being professional and not “ nice nasty”. You will find that excellent customer service goes a long way. You started out giving good customer service. Go back to the drawing board and do better. I think this was worth the long post.

Hands down the BEST Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had! The team here is absolutely amazing, so kind, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. The food was fresh, hot, and perfect in every way. It’s such a night-and-day difference compared to the Crossways location by the mall, where the service is always frustrating and the atmosphere leaves so much to be desired. I will gladly go out of my way just to come to THIS location from now on. It was the best experience ever and truly what Chick-fil-A should be all about!

We had to place a large, last-minute order for two small nugget trays on the morning of August 22st, and the service was exceptional. I wish I had caught her name, but the manager on duty (I believe she was Latina and wore a pink managers shirt) was fantastic. She was so kind, handled our request without any issue, and made sure everything was made perfectly. She even thought to give us extra plates and silverware, which was a huge help. This is how customer service should be done!

Quality has gone down hill the last 3 times I’ve tried food here. The sandwiches are riddled with tendons and tough, the fries are salt-less, cold, soggy, and limp and missing sauces each time. The nuggets are still alright, but the sauces make the meal, staff is nice.

Been going to this location since we moved here and boy has fhe food and service gone down hill. Got these fries last night and realized something looked wrong. After realizing that if I put the top one down, there was literally half a container of fries, all stale. I get it, you’re busy, but if you’re gonna charge us for a large at these rates and give something smaller than a medium fill its pathetic. Do better, Jesus is judging your corporate greed.

Chick-fil-A consistently stands out from the crowd of fast food restaurant chains. I have never had a negative experience at any Chick-fil-A store, I can’t say that about any other chain restaurant. It starts with the staff, always friendly, efficient and professional. It’s a treat to walk into this store and interact with the employees who make me feel like a valued customer and truly seem to enjoy their jobs. The store is always clean and organized and inviting. Everything is shiny and new since they recently razed the building and rebuilt the store from the ground up.
Most people agree that Chick-fil-A food is pretty darn good, especially by fastfood standards. My wife and I favor the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich which is always crispy on the outside while tender and juicy on the inside. An order of delicious waffle fries is the perfect accompaniment to your sandwich. Other items I really enjoy at Chick-fil-A include chicken salad (cup or sandwich), grilled chicken club sandwich, and of the delectable chick-n-strips with dipping sauces. For breakfast I like to keep it simple with a nice chicken biscuit and some hash browns, always delicious. Do you want a drink with your meal? Eschew the usual soda pop and treat yourself to their refreshing and delicious fresh-squeezed lemonade or freshly-brewed iced tea. Bonus, you can enjoy their free Wi-Fi network during your visit to keep you connected.
Product quality is very consistent here across the board. Remember the scene from the 1993 movie Falling Down where Michael Douglas is going a little crazy with a submachine gun at Whammy Burger? Remember his reaction when he compares the sandwich in his hand with the picture on the menu board? That wouldn’t have happened at Chick-fil-A, what they serve you actually looks like the picture on the board. You know the restaurant can get crazy busy at peak times with drive-through lines wrapped around the building and a sea of hungry mouths queued up at the order counter inside. I marvel at the speed and efficiency with which the staff operates in these situations. They never seem to get lost in the weeds and the lines move very swiftly.
I appreciate more than the food and customer service here. Chick-fil-A is a responsible employer that gives back to the communities they serve and maintains a proper sense or corporate responsibility. While I sometimes wish they were open on Sundays I appreciate the importance they place on giving their employees a break every week. All in all, this restaurant rocks and when it comes to fast food Chick-fil-A is definitely number one on my list.
