Fantastic Dining Experience at Casse-Croute!
Casse-Croute in Hamburg offers a cozy, elegant atmosphere that instantly makes you feel welcome. We enjoyed a delicious meal featuring beef and avocado tartare, fresh Faröer salmon, and perfectly cooked steak—each dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The quality of the ingredients and a good mix of taste. Their service was great and very attentive, even when a larger group of 15 people stepped in and kept the service busy. Highly recommended for anyone seeking refined French cuisine in combination with a taste of Hamburg and a charming setting.

Absolutely the best Weiner Schnitzel we have ever enjoyed. Flawless. The warm potato salad was fantastic and our lovely server even wrote down the recipe for me. Cucumber salad also fresh and delicious. Cosy and nicely done all around. We were so happy to find Casse Croute and we were also happy we came hungry.

Very good looking furniture, paintings on the wall and decorations. Waiters and waitresses are professional, they speak both English and German, some even Italian. Food was spectacular and the portions are very good. It’s a bit expensive: we paid 110€ for 1 entree, 2 main courses, 2 water bottles and 2 espresso. Overall, the price was worth it.

We had dinner on Valentine’s Day. It was the worst experience in my life. Service was really bad that we couldn’t even enjoy the meals. Rude and ignorant staff. Very disappointing
