I really don’t like giving 1-star reviews but this place has earned it after no less than 3 deliveries.
The pan pizza is NEVER cooked all the way through. I understand it’s supposed to be a little softer with a crispier crust. But when the cheese on top of the pizza isn’t even melted and has still retained it’s shape from it’s shredded state.
The stuffed cheesy bread? All of the cheese is on the outside and there was only spinach inside. There are ALWAYS bubbles in the dough that makes it uneven and burnt.
I don’t know if it’s because I don’t tip online so they think they’re gonna get stiffed or what, but this place has been unacceptable for at least the last year. Unfortunately I can’t order delivery from another store or I would have done that already.

Well, I’ll add another single star to the list. I’ve ordered delivery from this store a few times and it’s usually slow. Credit to a future order was given which shows they’re aware of how slow delivery is. Ordered take out last week. The store is 10 minutes away so I waited 30 minutes based on the estimated ready time. Got to the store 45 minutes after placing the order and the pizzas hadn’t even been made yet. Not sure who is running the show there. Dominos is my favorite franchise pizza place and being comped for slow delivery is nice, but I’d rather just have my food in a reasonable amount of time.

Every time I’ve ordered the past few times the food has been terrible and management is not nice. They try to say nothing is wrong with the food and ask you to send pictures and send the food back because they don’t believe you. Terrible. Definitely don’t get the cheesy bread if u actually want cheese or anything on it lmao.. I used to love Domino’s but now I only order pizza hut!!

I placed order at 8 pm. I called after 2 hours, even though it said 45 mins when I placed order. I gave it 2 hour a before I called to see when it might be out for delivery, because it was Halloween, but that was at 10. Manager said it would be another hour. I waited til 11:50 and called back, manger said order was delivered. I told him it wasn’t, and I wouldn’t be wasting my time calling him at 11:50 pm if I got it, I have work at 4 am. He really didn’t seem to care to help me. Did apologize for the inconvenience, he just tried to rush me off the phone. Only thing he offered was a refund tomorrow. Horrible customer service. And hopefully I’ll get my refund tomorrow.

This deserves zero stars. I ordered a pizza at 6:25 pm. It didn’t go into the oven until the scheduled delivery time. It was a Friday night on Halloween, so I can cut them some slack. Then another hour and a half goes by and no pizza is delivered. Two hours after I placed the order, the order is marked delivered and I still did not receive the pizza. Tried calling the store to ask what was going on or get a refund, but the phone line just plays ads on an endless loop.

I ordered a meatzza pizza with extra feta. I received a cheese pizza(photo 1). They couldn’t even be bothered to put the garlic parmesan on the crust. The app has this cute section on the tracking bar that claims someone is “quality checking” the order for accuracy. That’s obviously not happening at this location. I called the store to let them know and after 8 minutes on hold, I hung up. I called back and left it on speaker. After 30+ minutes of nobody answering, I hung up again(photo 2). To the franchise owner: Roughly 6 months ago, you guys were a top notch Domino’s. You made a really bad hire or promotion since then, and it’s going to bury you if you don’t cut them off. I decided to end my business. Which is unfortunate because I was a loyal, consistent customer that tipped well. Order #930 on Thursday, May 8th, 2025. Placed at 7:32 p.m.

I would give them more stars because overall I like the pizza and the drivers are always friendly. I always ask for square cut and well done crust, 9 out of 10 pizzas are going to be the exact opposite. Why bother asking me if the people making it don’t read.

Horrible service. Manager canceled order without confirming with me first. Stated their delivery times were longer than usual, which I expected given it is Halloween! After expressing my dissatisfaction, the manager just sat on the phone. No apology, nothing to make it right! Horrible customer service and I will not spend any money going forward at this location!!!
