What a nightmare. This place used to be legendary. I went here on my lunch break. The place was empty. I ordered roast beef and Swiss. They have no roast beef. Ok, turkey and Swiss. It took 5-6 minutes before they even started making the sandwich. The two women working the counter kept laughing and joking around with each other rather than provide service. She actually stopped making my sandwich twice to laugh and joke with the other lady. All while I’m on the clock for lunch. Ok, so the service was bad. The food was worse. I noticed the woman had to search through the egg bagels and pinch a few before she found a servable one. Low quality. As you can see in the pics, the bagel broke. Not fresh. How am I supposed to eat that? With a fork I guess. And the parchment paper was stuck to the bread!! I had to peel it off. No thank you. This food is garbage so I put it where garbage goes. In the garbage. Don’t waste your time.

I used to have breakfast here on a regular basis at least 3 times a week when I worked in the area. Its been a few years and I stopped in for a pair of bagel sandwiches and couldn’t be more disappointed. They young ladies behind the counter were more worried about giggling and carrying on with themselves than taking orders and helping customers as well as stuffing their face with food from the glass cases. I waited 20 min for 2 sandwiches and watched one of them eat 2 donuts in the time it took for them to ring me up. Back when i frequented here there were lines out the door and i was served with a quicker turnaround. The food gave me nasty heart burn from probably a dirty kitchen considering filth in the front half of the building, I’m sure its no cleaner in back.

My family & I usually order from here & a multiple times they have gotten our orders wrong but we go back to get the correct order as they kindly fix it. Everyone makes mistakes & that is understandable. Although, today was the last day I order from them. I ordered my usual, a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese and a turkey BEC on a plain bagel. First, my bagel is completely burnt, its never this burnt & my turkey BEC is on a cinnamon bagel not a plain bagel. I was going to let the bagel go & just eat the BEC, but it was incorrect as well, so I decided to call & explain what happened. The lady Sandra proceeds to say she made the bagel & if there was an issue she would have noticed. She proceeds to ask for a picture & then asks me for a refund or to come back to the store. She also says that people usual eat it this way. The bagel is completely burnt & hard! Nonetheless, I decided to go to the store. That is where I meet Andrea, she asks me if im here for the BEC & i say yes & I said im also here for the bagel & she proceeds to walk. I said did you hear me & she said yes but wait a second theres others here, kind of with an attitude as i thought she was trying to dismiss me to begin with. I say no, I drove back after working a 12 hour shift, & my order was wrong. She says something & mumbled something under her breath as well. I just sit down & shake my head (i am annoyed at this point). Worst experience with them thus far & they lost a loyal family customer.

One of the absolute best bagels my nephew and I have ever had. We ordered an Asiago bagel and 2 turkey bacon, egg & cheddar and they were absolutely perfect in every way. Taste, texture, flavor, size, freshness & softness. We talked about it the rest of our 1.5 hour ride and as soon as we got to our destination we couldn’t help but tell the rest about our experience so I figured why not come here and share it as well!!

This place is unbelievable! Undeniably delicious bagels that are always fresh and large whether you go at 8am or 12:00pm. Staff are friendly and this place is constantly busy. There is an area to sit, as well as, cold or hot beverages available. Lastly, they sell pastries and other bread options. Check them out, you will not be disappointed!

I called it. I said this place was going down hill a few years ago and I was right. Their bagels are sometimes ok and other times terrible… BUT my review now is about what I came across this morning. We moved a few months ago and stopped this morning because we were in the area. It is so disgustingly dirty here and these photos are what customers can see. So I can’t imagine how the kitchen is that’s hidden from anyone to see.

I go here for breakfast every Saturday! Bacon n egg w/ ketchup n pepper on an Asiago bagel. No cheese no salt! It’s the most delicious breakfast around! I’d highly recommend. Everything is made in store. The owner and workers are WONDERFUL! Calm, kind and they remember you! They also have this chocolate raspberry coffee that’s to die for!

A majority of the time they will get your order wrong, sometimes even after you clarify your order several times.
There are flies in their baked goods and sweets area (which is very clearly not sealed in).
The bagels themselves are sub-par.
I’ve given this place too many chances over the years. Its just not good, and it’s mostly a service and management issue.
