This place itself its good and I have no problem with the food. I’ve been here 5-6 times i would say. But what i cannot stand is the service. The staff is rude and once they see you enter they dont acknowledge you. They dont even greet you. They saw me today standing there and did nothing but keep flirting with customers, its sad to see the staff being rude to customers that only want to buy. This is another level of unprofessionalism. I will take my business elsewhere.

I was order calentado with arepa and that food was old and bad smell with . I ate believed that I wrong with bad smell, but next day after ate this food I had stomach issues. Also pandebonos is so expensive

Terrible customer service. I went to get an empanada and coffee. The older lady with glasses asked if I have been helped yet and I said no. After, she said that I was asked if I needed help and didn’t answer as she mocked me “ignoring” them. I proceeded to apologize and said that I had headphones on and she casually rolled her eyes at me. Rude behavior and extremely uncalled for. God forbid someone was having a hard day already and this was their tipping point. Never coming back here again
