Wish we had one near us in the spring lake/Lillington area. We love our sno cones and the vibe here is perfect. An amazing play area for the children. Easy parking. Next to a bowling lanes for your bathroom needs. We love that we get points too when you sign in with your phone number.

Pelican’s SnoBalls in Raleigh is one of our favorite spots! There are tons of flavor options to choose from (including sugar-free!), and the service is always fast. The place is bright, colorful, and super inviting, with a cute little playground that’s perfect for kids. We love the big pelican chair — it’s a must for photos! There’s plenty of parking, and the whole setup just makes it such a fun, easy outing. We keep coming back and love everything about it!

I love Pelican’s I have been going there for years. This visit on Sunday March 23 around 4pm EST was my first time at this location. I’m disappointed in the service and hospitality that I received from this location. There was a blonde hair in my snow ball. I have black hair so it absolutely was not mine. I showed the hair to the girl with brown hair and blonde streaks named Mia and she was very unapologetic and asked me what I wanted her to do about it. Mia said it didn’t belong to her because she just started her shift and maybe it came from the guy with blonde hair who was there before her. I threw my snow ball away and was given another one but customer service like that makes you not want to come back. Also, you guys should think about getting hairnets.

The ice cream and snowballs are great! I did both and loved each of them. Please see my pictures it looks just as good as it tastes! I will definitely be back for more in the near future. They have a cute outside area as well. Yummy

The ice cream is fresh and yummy
Snow cone would be a hard pass for me because it was mostly syrup. It’s like “water ice” but sweeter.
But do recommend the ice cream.
If you are not sure on what you want to get there’s a wheel you can spin that’ll decide for you which is clever.

You can choose from over a hundred different flavours and get some ice cream in the snow ball as well! Absolutely delicious! Would recommend it 100%!

The shaved ice had a great texture. The flavors I tried were green apple and orange pineapple.
I probably should not have mixed them. At first, it was fine, but after they mixed, it was just too sweet.
Service was great . The server was polite. There was an area for kids to play. Also photo opportunities. No line when I went. Reminded me of the ice I used to scrape from the walls of the freezer back in the day and pour koolaid over it…IYKYK! They have actually moved to a new location.
This location now shares the lot with Buffaloe Lanes Bowling so don’t miss your turn like I did.

Love it!! Great prices and best snowballs I have had in NC. Very comparable in taste to Hawaiian shave ice, brings back memories from Haleʻiwa.
