****INSPECT FOOD BEFORE LEAVEING****
I ordered my food at 10:35 by phone, I was told my order would be ready in 10-12 minutes, arrived at 10:54 and paid in store. I was told my food was not ready, I waited till 11:05 in vehicle and went in and food still wasn’t ready, went back in at 11:15 and it also wasn’t ready. Food was finally ready at 11:22. Looking at wings at home an 1 set of wings are wrong flavor, the 2 other sets of wings had the sauce poured on, to were I can see the wing crispy skin. I called the store an spoke to Kassandra the manager. I reported the problem and she stated “since it was after 11PM they don’t have access to the bowls and that’s how they do things” even though the order was placed before 11PM. I told her the food looked halfed-assed and rushed, and I’ve never had an experience like this at Wingstop, she said I can get a remake of the food or to bring the food back for a refund since I think the food is half-assed. Wonderful customer service skills this store has.

Not sure why this place continues to under cook the wings. I asked for the classic and they gave all flats. Gave the wings back because the chicken was tooo soft and I’m not sure if the wings was redipped. I’m tired of this location not cooking & supplying properly. One girl there looked at the wings that was first given and rolled her eyes. Rude people here

The people where great I just did not enjoy my food, I orders a 5pc combo of tenders and my tenders where very dark and hard. I order lemon pepper and Korean, lemon pepper should not be that dark. I wanted a refund but they would have closed before I made it back to the store.

Ordered 10pc classic bone-in wings shortly after they opened, around 11am. The flats were hot and fresh but the drums were hard and meat was dry (seemed like they had been cooked a while back-and reheated). About 24hrs later my stomache is hurting-just saying.

I ordered delivery. Delivery driver sat with our order because it was doubled up with another order via DoorDash. We ordered directly through Wingstop so not sure how this happened. So be careful of your ask for delivery. Ours sat in a car for 30 minutes. Called the store asked for a refund we will see what happens.

24 combo and we only got 23 drumsticks and 1 wing. Didn’t ask or inform us beforehand of the combination of wings and gave us a unsatisfactory response when we called in describing our messed up order. We will complain to BBB.

Order was supposed to be ready between 2:26PM-2:41PM. Arrived at 2:41 told employee name was told almost ready waited additional 12 mins only to find out my order had been ready since I arrived. Employee understood wrong name and if it hadn’t been for uber driver asking for the order she thought was mine I still have waited longer. I asked her has my order been there this entire time she said yes and laughed which is what set me off the most.

I ordered Togo. I ordered the 5 tender combo large fry and drink. While I really like wings top, I ordered here because I am a local Doordasher. I’ve picked up here about 30 or 40 times. Nearly all the orders are incorrect. Usually not huge mistakes. The mistakes are usually no dipping sauce, or wrong size order fries. For me because I’m actually checking the accuracy of the order I did not attempt to make any corrections before heading home. The cashier gave me the wrong size drink. I ordered a large…. to his face. My fries were also supposed to be large. Fries are also not blanched. So this store is cooking these incorrect. Fries taste fine cooked regularly. Chicken tastes great. So the cooks know how to cook. They are just lazy. I really hope this location fixes itself…. the locals do not eat here. They order from a further wingstop instead.
