General tso chicken white meat. Is that what I have, or is this sweat and sour chicken in a different sauce? I called and was told it’s similar but not the same as the chicken used for sweat and sour because they both are white meat. I’ve ordered white meat for general tso elsewhere, and it was not breaded, so I’m just disappointed and a bit hungry still. I took the breading off a couple of pieces so you can decide if you like may like it.

I frequently go to the China Kitchen at least 2-3 a month and never disappointed! Their whole chicken wings are great! Courtesy and friendly staff and their menu is reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this restaurant
