My experience here most recently on 12/03 Sunday to attend a Celebration of Life hosted for a family friend. While over there, it was also a 49ers VS Eagles game so the place already having lots of SF 49ers fans to support and cheer for their team. Amidst all our Hi and Hello to our friends and family, I unknowingly had left my sunglasses someplace on the delivery counter while grabbing plates or drinks and not realized it wasn’t on me anymore. Party finished in a couple of hours for us and we left but lots of other people were still there till closing time. That was Sunday. Today is Wednesday evening and all through Monday, Tuesday, I kept looking for my sunglasses and kept thinking I could have left it here or there but never found it at any of my usual places i thought I had left them. My wife traced my events since Saturday the day before Sunday and all through today but couldn’t nail it until she tracked it to the Sunday Noon when we were at Pizza Factory. She insisted that we place a call to Pizza Factory to see if it was left there and someone found it and turned it in to management. She called and spoke with a Crystal (not sure if I spelled correctly) and asked if someone found sunglasses left behind on Sunday. She confirmed and asked for Make And Color. My wife confirmed that it was my Sunglasses and told her we would be promptly over to pick them up. I went there got my sunglasses and thanked them but they didn’t know who found it or turned it in. ***** The time I’m taking to give them a review is to highlight that even with a busy game day weekend and 3 days after, the honesty still prevails here for my sunglasses to be found without anyone giving it away or just taking it since someone left it. This Honesty here with the staff is just my personal reason but before this incident I’ve been here several times before as I live in the area and the Food and Beer here is amazing. Service is top notch and we have had Fund Raising Campaigns for Mayoral Candidates, School Cross Country Season End Parties and not to mention everything in-between. What I’m trying to say by this review is that my visits here do no justice to the place and it’s people that work here. Go ahead and give them a try and you will not be disappointed. What Goes Around Comes Around and what is meant to be, nobody can change it or take it away from you. The sunglasses were a Father’s Day Gift from my Daughter, Son and Wife and I will definitely cherish finding them back because of Pizza Factory and their wonderful staff. Oh my wife too for not giving up finding them. 10/10

I had a most UNPLEASANT experience when I called to place an order a moment ago. A woman (Mariana) took my order for a large pizza & hot wings. After she said the wait would be 20 minutes, I told her it was okay & to cancel the order. She abruptly hung up without saying anything. I called back to ask why but instead of answering to perhaps explain the confusion or apologize, she just hung up the phone…3x.
I wasn’t far so I stopped by. I spoke to a soft spoken young lady who was hesitant to give me the ladies name so I asked for a manager. She then went to the woman who presumably hung up on me. The woman proceeds to approach asking how she could help. After hearing her voice & accent I confirmed it was her. She admitted it was her & that she thought she heard me “laughing”, which makes no sense. I’m hungry, why would I laugh? Regardless, laughing does not elicit rudeness. I don’t get it. The woman’s name is Mariana. She clearly doesn’t care about this companies image. I was excited to see a Pizza Factory in the area but I will NOT be returning. Train your staff better. Get ppl who care about their jobs.

Our first visit to Pizza Factory was great! The customer service stood out, Aliya (apologies if I spelled it wrong) was incredibly helpful and let us know about a special deal, which we decided to try. The restaurant was spacious, the tables were clean, and the prices were reasonable. We ordered a veggie pizza with grilled chicken, garlic bread, and buffalo wings. While the pizza and breadsticks were okay, the wings were fantastic! We’re definitely coming back to try more flavors.

The kids all you can eat buffet is so worth it for a 5 year old. $5 pizza and salad buffet and a drink(small refillable soft drink). Has a mini arcade and some prize machines(claw machine, sticker etc.) And a bunch of tvs.

Went for the lunch buffet. All of the pizza’s were cold. We did ask for different pizza and she made one.
Purchased a beer and had to go back to the counter to ask for it.
The restaurant and bathrooms smelled like sewer. Very disgusting when trying to eat.
We were the only two people in the place. Will not go back.

A fun place to eat. I’m particularly fond of their lunch buffet on the weekdays. The prices are fair for what you get here and the pizza is pretty damn good. Needs a little more variety at times though, but that can’t be helped. Never too busy either and there’s plenty of seating available to customers. They’re also service animal friendly, which is a big plus as well. I’ll likely swing by again since it’s a good spot to stop for good food
