We love a dog-friendly shop! I was also very impressed with their customer service. The barista was so sweet, patient, and helpful. It was pretty expensive, but the drinks were really good. I like that they weren’t too sweet. My only real feedback is to please get more vegan options

Ordered avocado toast. For 22.00, you can see why Im giving it 1 star. Lucky enough theres no zero star. Quality of food for 22.00 dollars? Not even worth, plus the cappuccino coffee is not even worth the wait.

I love the mission of this cute coffee shop. They have adorable dog pictures on the walls and their bags of coffee are also canine themed. The staff were friendly and made some great recommendations. I had the chocolate donut and horchata cold brew. It was so yummy that I came back the next day for lunch and relaxation with a mountain view. This place gets very busy and they have minimal staff. Be patient. I promise it’ll be worth the wait.

PSA- they don’t inflate prices for GF or vegan products! A first!! The best. Nice baristas-James was super nice!
Nice hidden spot with a lovely view of the mountains and great coffee, attached to the park city visitor’s center. I went here to work and ended up planning a trip! The coffee helped 😉
They also just finished renovations and it looks fantastic! PS. They’re dog friendly

I ordered a cappuccino with sugar free caramel, nonfat milk and one packet of stevia. The guy told me I could get my own sugar on the side table (I usually ask this of Starbucks and Beans & Brews). I also asked for a cookie and the young gentleman got on his phone and put his finger up so I can wait till he was done with his phone. Then he asked me to repeat part of my order. When I drank my cappuccino, sure enough… no sugar free caramel added. I had to ask them if they put caramel and he later confirmed he forgot. Not sure if I got nonfat milk but I won’t be coming back.

I rarely write negative reviews, but I felt compelled after spending nearly $50 here. While I truly appreciate and admire the mission behind Hugo Coffee, the execution unfortunately fell short in several ways.
The coffee tasted like pure milk. It was completely lacking in flavor and strength. The avocado toast was served completely bland, and when I asked about it, I was told they were out of the “everything” spice it’s supposed to come with. If a key ingredient is missing, why sell it at all without letting the customer know? The bagel was stale and difficult to eat, which was really surprising given the price point. Overall, the quality just didn’t match the cost, and I left feeling truly disappointed. This place has so much potential, and I hope things improve, but right now, it’s not something I’d recommend :/

Grace gave us the best service. Dirty chai was delicious and her joyful energy was the perfect compliment. Will definitely come back for the amazing service and smiles.

If you want a place that has great coffee and a view to either work or just simply zen out with, this is the place. Can’t complain working with a view like this. Great service and great coffee. Dog friendly and just enough noise.

If you like your food microwaved you won’t be disappointed. Should have reconsidered when I saw there was no kitchen. Left my bagel sandwich after three bites and threw out the frozen bagel with cream cheese as well. Blended frozen chai latte was good. A waste of $25! Staff was friendly. Atmosphere was ok – they had some lovely art available to buy.
