Order a 2pc thighs and wing…the WING is what I wanted most. Got home after that SIMPLE order and got 2 THIGHS. CHECK YOU’RE ORSERS BEFORE LEAVING. I rarely eat out but was hungry after a doctors appointment. Yes, I’m pissed. And the top it off, the damn biscuit is hard as a brick!

You have to order once in the drive through. And park and go back in to get the the rest of it! I got potato and gravy as a side with a chicken meal. But it came with no gravy. And the only chicken they had available was 2 wings. There service sucks! And they didn’t seem to care. AND because you can’t add a new review. On 10/26/25 drive through order id. After my 20 minute wait for my food, I asked the manager on duty how much longer it was going to take. She berated me and told me I didn’t order right and that I’d have to wait longer.
I just don’t think that being spoken to like this by Red was acceptable. I won’t go back here while she’s on duty.
UPDATE: It’s been a week after I submitted my complaint to corporate and no response. This comment by them below was just a way to try and save face.

The employees are courteous and efficient. The manager is awesome! She jumps in to help whenever they’re slammed. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious.

I ordered chicken tenders. There was hardly chicken. It was mainly bread. The tea tasted like it had been sitting there for a week. My daughter’s burger was cold. The fries were old. I guess the new of this place has worn off and they no longer care how they do things around here. I had to get them to change my drink and they put it in the same cup.

Britney (manager) is always on top of things. No matter where she is at in the store (back, front, or drive-thru), she keeps an eye on the front counter and makes sure no one is waiting unnecessarily. I see it every time she is there, and things run more smoothly when she is working.
