Food was so bad. We ordered the 16 pieces of chicken family meal. we waited 20 minutes for our order even though we were the only ones there. We got bite size chicken legs and thighs. They were super tiny. I had to go return them. The first girl I asked if they can change the chicken for bigger pieces looked at me and said uuuummmm youre gonna have to wait for chicken. I said thats fine I can wait. She said hold on. She then brought a lady over and she did switch the chicken for bigger pieces. And she game kids some apple pies. The pieces of chicken looked good. But the rest of my chicken was dry and cold. We sent close to 70 for a wack dinner honestly. We will not be returning for sure.

I just went through the drive thru on 3/15/25 at 6:40 pm. I ordered the famous bowl and an order of fries. My fries were not fresh at all and when I pulled out the bowl from out of the bag, the lid was opened and not closed all the way.

$20 worth of food and all my chicken looked like this? It was all chewy and tasted like straight pepper.. the pictured is supposed to be a 5 piece but the skinny strip is just breading that fell off.. i had to come in because the speaker wasn’t working and had to fix my own drinks which wasnt what i ordered because i wanted to try the cream soda.

THE MENS BATHROOM IN THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Urinal backed up with bags in it, toilet backed up, pee all over the floor, fruit flies everywhere JUST NASTY. One person working the front, twenty minutes to get our food, I almost didn’t want to eat here. SOMEONE CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!!!!

We kept telling the lady at the drive through that we could not hear her, but she continued to talk. We had 2 orders. The first one everything was cold. The person that was with me. Wanted her money back. When she went inside she said the place was really dirty, and the manager was rude. She said one of the workers made a comment was she really returning the food. Then argued with her. The tea that we ordered was nasty. I threw a mine out she had returned hers. My food was cold but it was ok I took it home and warmed it up. I will never go back there. Very poor service which is sad because I love eating kfc.

Entire dining area is dirty; the ladies restroom is beyond nasty and smelled horrible. No working exhaust fan or A/C in the bathroom. Someone should put their attention on some major cleaning or close the doors!!!!!
Also, the staff could use some training in customer service… at least put a smile on their faces.
