I got a DoorDash order. For pick up. We drive there to pick up our food . My husband goes in for like 30 minutes. They all look at him and don’t say a word to him. Then finally three of them come over and talk to him. And tell him they haven’t even made the order yet. So then we wait longer. We get the food. It’s nothing we ordered. It’s all wrong. They got maybe the drinks right.. we ordered the nacho fries and we didn’t even receive the cheese? We just got the fries.. I asked for no sour cream. They put it all over. Will definitely continue to go to another Taco Bell.

I have eaten at this Taco Bell location 3 times so far and 2 of them have been great experiences. I stopped in the day that they opened and they did a fantastic job, I was in and out of the drive thru in a very timely manner and my order was correct and well made. The next time wasn’t a super great experience like the first. They were pretty packed, which is understandable because it was a weekday right as everyone gets off of work. I arrived at the speaker and placed my order. The girl taking my order was friendly and got everything correct on the screen and when she read it back to me, so everything was going well. I grabbed my food and got out of the parking lot because I didn’t want to back up the line more than it already was. I arrived home shortly after and saw that they had gotten everything wrong…There was no extra meat and sauce as I had requested, a couple of items were missing, my drink was only half full and there was lettuce and tomatoes on everything, which i’m not a fan of. I was a little bummed but decided to give them a quick call before I ate anything and let them know that my whole order was wrong. The manager on the phone was incredibly nice and told us to ask for her the next time we came in and she would correct our order for us, no charge. We took her up on that offer and went inside, asked for her and she made sure we got a perfect order. It was SO well made and was definitely the most neatly made order i’ve ever received from a fast food restaurant. I would definitely recommend stopping by this location to grab a bite to eat.

I pulled up to the taco bell window because i had a door dash and the lady in the photo was at the window and she looked at us multiple times and ignored us, so I eventually said “excuse me, i have a DoorDash” and this rude lady look at me and rolled her eyes and locked the window for no reason. she has horrible customer service to an innocent customer who is just trying to do their job.

Basic Taco Bell. The dining area and restroom are clean. Food was hot and everything made to order (except 1 taco). Gentleman immediately asked what the issue was and made a replacement. First Taco Bell I have seen recently that is actually well staffed. Inside and outside seating areas.

Food is take food, not bad. But the staff here is no friendly. The food is ok, typical for fast food. Everything wS prepared correctly. They do go heavy on the lettuce.

The restaurant was very clean. Our food was great and came up quickly however no one greeted us or took our order or even asked. We had to use the order touch screen station. Fast food at its best just no hospitality.

Put boxes in separate bags if you don’t have the BOX. Why is my bag 10lbs? I shouldn’t have to rummage thru the bag to check if it’s right or not. Because it never is at this location. Do better.

Me and my husband went in and ordered food one of the lady employees was alittle sassy and I got the $7 box with soft taco a burrito and chalupa and the chalupa had like 3-4 pieces of chicken on it and the rest was lettuce and alittle cheese left a bad taste in my mouth

Don’t order delivery!!! Your food will not get to you right. After I got my order, I noticed a few missing items and the driver said “just call Uber you will get your money back!” Well not only that but we also ordered several Chalupas. They were wrong! Let’s just say our night was ruined! After us trying to get ahold of Uber and Taco bell, NOTHING was resolved!! Never got my missing items nor a penny back from Uber. So don’t say I didn’t warn ya! Uber likes to eat ya food and Taco Bell doesn’t care if it’s made right or not… Yes that was my experience!
