Easy to order but drive thru service much better than in store service. Inside service was not helpful at all for a disabled person trying to get a to go order. First time at that store and I ask for help in carrying the order to the drink machine but was told I had serve myself and trying to get the requested drink the clerk told me to hurry up and get it . Trying to hold the bag with my order and my cane as there was no place to set them I dropped the drink and clerk was very hateful about it. I said I had asked for help but was refused. She told me to go through the drive thru if I couldn’t get it myself. Was trying to get out the door by myself without help as she was so hateful. A man coming into the store and asked if I needed help and I told him I was refused help by clerk and he helped me to my car. I will never go inside that store again and I later went through the drive thru and got excellent service.

Carry out always. I stop on my way home as we don’t have a store in Warsaw MO so Sedalia is the last city that has a store. The employees in this store seem to work well together. The wait is never very long. The chicken is consistently great and the biscuits are to die for! We’ve been known to order 2 dozen so we can have leftovers!

The lady in front of me was the final boss of a Karen. Held up the line for far too long being hateful to the staff. HOWEVER the staff handled it like the absolute champs they are. They were kind, helpful and SPEEDY! I ordered a ridiculous amount of food for my basketball team of children and it was fresh and fast. Thx y’all

When I got there they were cleaning something off the drive thru but I just went and got food. It was 21 dollars. I ate one piece of my chicken my mashed potatoes and was eating Mac and cheese when I throw it all back up. It was the chicken that did it to me. After eating it that piece of chicken my stomach felt off but I didn’t feel like I had to pick till the Mac and cheese. I’m so disappointed 21 dollars to just puke half of it up and throw the rest away because it made me sick

My wife ordered an hour ahead. I pulled up to check in for the order, the employee announced they still had 8 minutes left on my food. Had over 15 minutes phone call and still sat waiting for our order. They need more help and more accuracy with service.

I went there was nobody else in the drive through, I ordered a small fri and that was it and they couldn’t even bother to fill the thing up. I got maybe 10 fries in total for almost $4. I won’t be back, ever.

KFC has gotten way better in the past couple years there was a time when I could not go here because of how greasy the food was when they had the buffet. I had come here when I was pregnant with my first son over 12 years ago and I ate at the buffet and after that every time I drove by KFC or saw KFC I would feel like I was going to get sick that just happens to you when you’re pregnant even when you’re not pregnant for some reason those hormones stay with you I don’t know why.
But in the last couple of years, they have had better employees. I’m not sure if the owner ship has changed, but the food here has gotten so much better!!! I honestly wish they had the spicy hot wings that they had for a little brief period of time. My husband and I were genuinely going here a few times a week when they had the spicy chicken wings. Bring them back please they were comparable to McDonald’s Mighty Wings, so good, please bring them back!!
Our kids love KFC when they have their deal on their bucket of chicken that’s when we like to get their food sometimes we come on a Monday with our kids cuz our older ones are out of school on Mondays and we come here for lunch.
Thank you for the improvement that you’ve made to KFC in the last couple of years. I am so thankful because KFC used to be one of my favorite places to go to eat when I was growing up.

The coleslaw didn’t taste like KFC coleslaw. Dropped the ball hard on that one. Chicken strips were over cooked. Ordered dipping sauce for strips and didn’t receive them. Why are the biscuits getting smaller. The size of the chicken pieces looked like they were from a 2 month old chick. Doubt I go back any time soon.
