Worse experience at Burger King ever. Waited almost 30 minutes for our food (didn’t seem that busy), which was cold, and the chicken wraps weren’t wrapped. One employee was scolding her co-workers. We ordered two kid’s meals, she threw the 2 meals into one bag. Did not get any toys or drinks with kid’s meals. Other customers were mad at employees. We really just wanted to get out of there.

My order was accurate and fries tasted fresh. But the biggest positive was the guy working the drive through (had blonde hair and glasses). He is definitely the type that brightens up a room. A lot of times people at fast food operate in a way like they can’t wait to leave work, but he was a positive and pleasant person!

I was here tonight and yet again i am food missing, this is not the first time but it will be the last time, with Sonic being so close i will just go to there.
Again i am a burger missing, i ordered a large meal and got half a box of fries, a missing burger (jr Whopper) so i am basically giving them my money for nothing, i will not return to this store and to anyone else who thinks of coming here i recommend going just another 5mins up the road to Sonic, at least these guys complete the orders and you get what you pay for. The worst part about my missing food from this store is each time its happened the store hasn’t even been busy, disappointing.

I like Burger King, but we were missing our onion rings, one burger and the fries were cold. All were replaced with no attitude. Which is fine, we dined inside. We come to this location at least one a month. Service was fine and the store was clean and decorated for Christmas and they had a Christmas tree.

I had a really disappointing experience at the Burger King off Smoky Hill and Buckley. The cheddar bites were as hard as rocks — completely overcooked and almost impossible to chew. The fries were overcooked too and tasted old and dry. My burger was soggy and messy, like it had been sitting around for a while. To make it worse, they gave me a drink with no ice and it was warm. On top of the bad food, the employees were rude and acted like I was inconveniencing them just by ordering. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be going back.

Waited forever for food. Order was missing a hole meal. Had to ask for cups. No Ice and they wouldn’t get any. Fries were not cooked all the way. Had to put them in air fryer when we got home. Burgers were cold. Wife’s bun was so dry and stale she through it away. Diet coke was definitely not diet coke. Can’t believe it’s this bad. Worst fast food experience I have ever had.

The absolute worst Burger King ever! I stopped by in the morning on my way to work and ordered 2 Large Diet Cokes and some breakfast croissants. As I drove away I noticed that neither one of my Diet Coke’s had any ice in them. When I got to work, I called and the manager was too busy to take my call so I asked for the district manager. They had a hard time finding the phone number and I asked them. Why wouldn’t you tell your customers that you had no ice and that you were out of ice When they order drinks instead of just handing them drinks with no ice I called and left a message for Lucy, the DM and I’m still waiting for her to call me back regarding my complaint. I’m so angry!!!! What a waste of money!!

Terrible place. Waited forever in drive thru line. Finally I order and, despite repeating myself several times, the screen never showed the correct order. Still, I was willing to take what was on the screen. I get up to the window and they jibber jabber about something. I call out to the manager who was nice to me last time. She jibber jabbers. Can you believe it? I went to a Burger King for a Whooper Jr. and came away empty handed? Apparently they don’t server Whopper Jr.s at this location. And no Dr. Pepper? Nothing. Why does this location even exist?

Food here has been getting worse and worse. Always room temp at best. Cinnamon Rolls looked awful and didn’t get icing cup i ordered. Sprite tasted flat. Was given a cup that a lid didn’t fit on due to damage to rim.
