The Ben & Jerry’s on Delmar in St. Louis is a fantastic spot for a sweet treat! The staff are always friendly and patient, even when there’s a line out the door (which is usually a good sign!). They have all the classic Ben & Jerry’s flavors you know and love, plus some unique offerings. The ice cream is always creamy and packed with those delicious chunks and swirls. It’s the perfect place to grab a cone, cup, or milkshake and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the Delmar Loop. Definitely a must-visit for ice cream lovers in St. Louis!

Ordered on DoorDash and were missing almost the entire orders. We had ordered the party mix of 3 individual pint containers of different flavors but instead received only one with ALL of them mixed in. Extremely disappointed as the descriptions says it feeds 12-14 people. The topping containers were misleading compared to the pictures and lacking. This was supposed to be enough for multiple people and it’s a shame to receive such a wrong order. Please teach employees to read descriptions throughout. I’d seek other options to order from.

I was very disappointed. I visited on a Saturday afternoon, and they didn’t have any of the ice creams I wanted: no salted caramel, no brownie, no cookie dough, no chocolate chips.
$25 for three very small ice cream bowls (2 scoops) without tip.
The store was very dirty, floors, one table upsside down, I need to take the chairs out.

First visit to a Ben & Jerry’s. It was great. They didn’t have the flavor I wanted (salted caramel core, I have always wanted to try it but it’s not available where I live) but I don’t hold that against them. I tied salted caramel brownie in a waffle cone. Definitely recommend it!

My husband and I are visiting All the way from ATL and Pepper Was soooo sweet and attentive !! Let us taste every flavor we asked and wasn’t bothered one bit!! Awesome customer service!!

Lots of ice cream flavors to choose from. They do have sorbet as well. I had the brownie batter and cookie dough ice cream. Both tasted awesome. The waffle bowl I had was very stale. The gentleman running the store was awesome!! He made the visit.

I stopped by here as I was looking for something refreshing to eat on the Delmar Loop. This was the only place that did not have a long line. They have lots of flavors but were missing a few. The staff was quick at getting my order. However, they did not look like they were enjoying their job. They also forgot to refill the spoon dispenser so that made it initially hard to eat.
