It usually takes a while, but my food has been good in the past, however my patty at this location last night was the smallest it’s ever been. It used to be much thicker? I paid too much money for this burger to have this little of a portion I feel.

I had got a 555 meal deal from them and it was coo I wasn’t thinking anything of it until I looked down at my burger and seen it was still raw !! I wasn’t thinking anything literally in disbelief. Then I call and the gm has the bitchest tone in her voice saying there’s nothin they can do – like girl you overly playeddd . And overall it wasn’t nun too special. Mc Donald’s better .

I waited at the drive through speaker for 15 minutes w/o my order being taken. I called to see if they knew there were cars lined up at the drive through. They said they were backed up inside. I asked if there was a time frame since I was on lunch from work. They suggested I try another day and if I pulled to the door they would give me a coupon for a free meal next time. I pulled to the door, waited another 5-8 minutes and they gave me a buy one sandwich get one free coupon. The menu looks great, but it seems a lot of time is needed to eat here.

I spent $60 on an online order that said it would be ready at 625pm. I got to the restaurant and had to wait 20 min in line to get my order by the time I got it it was as if it had sat on the counter for an hr. Cheese curds wer cooked to long they were mostly shells, the onion rings were very soggy and the chicken strips were so dry they were hard to swallow. Then call to complain “oh you can come back another time and we can give you a free meal.” I dont want a free meal I just want money back for this cold, dry, soggy food.

We was the only ones in for lunch at this time.
The food was fresh and hot! My family enjoyed our meal. It was great! The staff was kind and friendly and actually engaged us and held a conversation.

Very accommodating staff. They ran out of the normal beef patties when we arrived, but substituted with the junior patties to make up for it. The food was great and I appreciate the kiosk offering salt options on the fries. This was our first time eating from a Beef-A-Roo and we will come back.

I ordered on their app and got a bacon cheeseburger and onion rings. After a 10 minute prep time, I went inside to use the restroom and pickup my food. The restaurant and restroom was very clean and well maintained. But the best part was the food. The burger was fresh, not frozen beef cooked to perfection. It was possibly the best fast food burger I have eaten in years. And I go to Mc Donald’s for their quarter pounder, Burger King for their whopper, and Wendy’s occasionally for the big bacon classic. This burger beat all of those. The onion rings were not the breaded ones like Burger King or Hardee’s. They were the beer batter ones. They were fresh, hot, crisp, and melted in my mouth. Best onion rings I have had in decades. And I lived in Massachusetts growing up, so that says alot. If you are in Pittsburg, or near a Burger Roo in another area, give them a try. They are awesome. You won’t regret it.
