I ordered a 4 pc with 1/2 extra crispy and 1/2 original. Simple order. 2 walk-in orders ahead of me and one behind. 4 cars in the drive thru. 7 orders total. They all get served and we are still waiting. More orders arrive in the drive thru after mine. I ask the counter guy, “What’s the hold-up ?”, and I get a snarky reply from the back, “I had 50 orders ahead of you, OK? ” So, this apparently is the manager Dakota. Apparently he can’t count, nor manage to handle 7 orders on the screen. KFC would be fine, but at this location you always need to wait longer than necessary because of poor managers like Dakota. This location hasn’t gotten better since their remodel.

Spent almost $37 For 2 meals. Service was quick but chicken was tough and literally dripping grease. Never had this problem at this location before. Spoke to cook, she a said “its all pressurized” no apologies, no “i check to see if there is a problem” just a not my poblem dont care attitude.
I love KFC food normally now we wont be back for a very ling time if ever.

I walked in to get the order I ordered online. I wasn’t welcomed when I walked in. When the cashier, who was just standing by the wall, noticed me I told him my name. He gave me my order without a thank you at all. I said thank you and was met with silence!
The pot pie was good, but the nuggets were terrible. Not fresh at all. Maybe it’s because I used one of my rewards for 5 chicken nuggets.
I’m usually happy with KFC, but not tonight.

Very rough experience. Took over 30 minutes to get through the drive through. Got to the window, and it took them a few minutes to actually figure out which order was mine. Then handed me my Dr. Pepper that was so watered down it looked like a dim Tea. Tasted terrible. Also, got back home and the extra biscuit that was included with my meal was missing. They forgot to give it to me. Tried to call no one answered. Probably over 5-10 dollars that I spent that was not given or was of low quality.

We placed an online order and when it said it was ready, it wasn’t. They had us sit in the parking lot while 7 other cars came through and all got their buckets of chicken before us and they ordered after us. 50 minutes go by and they asked us if we ordered anything so we had to wait longer.

Came at 3:30 on Black Friday and they were closed but did not have any signage saying they were closed. What kind of establishment randomly closes on a normal business day? If your hours say you are open, you NEED to be open. Find new management and learn to put up a damn sign if you are closed.

My 99 year old father recieved super greasy chicken strips, and bisquit with no honey or butter. My best friend also had disgusting chicken strips which he described as being drenched in floor grease. No thanks
