I went to the Taco Bell in Hermitage, PA today, it was AWFUL! The food was cold, soggy, and looked as if it had been sitting for hours. I get that it’s fast food, but that’s unacceptable! Almost $40 worth of food (which isn’t much anymore) and that’s what I got. I threw mine away! Why risk the impending food poisoning.

I used to love it. Now the food is always cold and old late-night. The landscaping was decimated for whatever reason I do not know. They chopped down all the trees and shrubs and planted NOTHING. Looks terrible….the City of Hermitage should make them spruce it up like they did when the place was built. All that money they’re making and for what?

I can’t complain about space because it’s inside of a truck stop, but lord have mercy there isn’t adequate seating and the young lady that took my order didn’t tell me that she couldn’t hear me, instead rung my order up incorrectly. Oh well lol. The food still tasted good, the person who delivered my food to the front was very pleasant though.
