If you’re looking for a charming, no-frills Greek spot that instantly feels like home, this place is it. The restaurant is just the right size for walk-up dining and you can smell the fresh herbs and grilled goodness the second you step inside.
Everyone is warm, attentive, and happy to walk you through the menu, which makes the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. Even during busy moments, the staff keeps everything moving with a smile.
The food is exactly what you hope for in a neighborhood Greek restaurant: fresh, flavorful, and comforting. Whether you’re grabbing something quick or settling in for a casual meal, it hits the spot every time.
All in all, a wonderful little find with great service and an inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Greek flavors in a cozy setting! Forgive our photo-it was so good we couldn’t wait to take the picture
The staff was very friendly upon arrival. Granted, it was early in the dinner timeframe, but the service was quick and the restaurant was very clean, to include the restrooms.
This was not a slapped-together strip mall restaurant. A lot of thought and care went into the design and decorations. The pictures (with plates below some of them explaining the scene) were a great touch, the painting very good, the overhead wood added to the vibe, and the furniture was a great, fresh look that went well with the decor. Really liked the feel.
I had the grilled Harissa chicken plate with a Mediterranean salad and the basmati rice. My wife had the same, but with straight grilled chicken. All of it was absolutely delicious and really loved the salad in particular. Looking forward to trying more of the options in the future!
Another reviewer mentioned that the portion sizes were small for what you paid. We did not feel that way at all, as there was plenty of really fresh food on the plate that should be more than enough for an adult. If you’re eating more than that in one sitting, then it might be good to reassess how much you actually need…
Regarding price, mentioned by a few reviewers, overall we did not find the cost exorbitant for the amount of and freshness of the food vs. other restaurants, particularly ones that rely on a lot of ready-to-cook pre-made ingredients. These days ALL restaurant prices are much higher than just a few years ago due to labor and cost of goods. That’s just reality. Every bit of our meals looked and tasted fresh. That should be factored into a cost assessment. Either way, it was all good.
The only negative we had was, ironically, the water from the soda machine. We had ordered only water and were given cups to use with the machine and its water tap. Not sure what is going on there, but the water tasted absolutely terrible, with a strong chemical/nasty flavor to it. Highly recommend management get the servicing company to look at that and figure out what is causing that. Otherwise, everything else was outstanding.
Highly recommended.
The space itself is clean and spacious or so it seems, and the lady who served me at the register was pleasant and well educated about menu options so I appreciated that, but man! For stating I’d been excitedly waiting for this place to open ever since construction began and now finally I was tasting for the first time, I’m soooo disappointed this is what I received!
First off, if your name is taziki’s your sauce of the names origin needs to be amazing, but the word my brain associated their tzatziki? “Foot.” It was muted and not cold but just more like room temp, and where are the cucumbers? You can see the shreds but whatever that seasoning is? Just EW, NO!
In the pics you’ll see rice that’s white and yellow; there was so much of that I was excited to think it’s a special sorta rice, but nope! All the dark yellow is hard as a rock, stick you in the teeth crispy because it is old, NOT seasoned special or anything.
The chicken, you can see, wasn’t juicy but dry. So dry you can see where the one little piece on the right looks like sponge. Cuke and tomato salad just swims in vinegar.
no, No, NO, and HELL NO!
And who puts basil over oregano in tomato salad where they serve their version of Greek lemon soup? ♀️ ♀️
