A great meal under $10.
I ordered a footlong veggie patty, but since it’s too big for me to eat the whole thing, and I didn’t want to deal with a soggy mess of a sandwich with wilted greens the next day, I asked to have the ingredients wrapped and to keep wet veggies like tomatoes wrapped separately from the dry veggies. I even said she didn’t have to cook the veggie patty. I would do that at home. I’ve had this done for me at other Subway stores – no problem. Usually they wrap the veggies in saran wrap or in small cups with lids and I assemble it on my own the next day. One lady at another Subway took great pride in doing it and really enjoyed when I asked for this. However, at this Subway, it was apparently overwhelming to the owner. She claimed they didn’t have saran wrap, wanted to charge me for cups for the veggies and, in the end, cut out tiny little pieces of parchment paper, so small that she actually wrapped nothing completely around. She shorted me one piece of cheese and, when I mentioned my experience in the survey Subway corporate sent me, the owner sent me an email telling me to take my business to another Subway. Interesting that she never responded to my complaint about the A/C not working. What a cheapskate. Petty and she lost a customer but gained this Google review.
