At 6 PM on February 17, 2026 I ordered a hot tall Venti protein vanilla latte. It was very disgusting as soon as it came and I opened it was very careless. Looks like it was tampered with halfway very sweet not enough coffee. This is horrendous unfortunately Starbucks employees seem to not care anymore and makes me want to stick to coffee at home. It was so sweet and halfway that I had to put coffee from my home it is very disappointing. Having to pay $15 for a protein vanilla latte for it to come halfway and very Very sweet next time I will just show up in person to make sure it is done correctly unfortunately, it is very upsetting to know that delivery cannot be trusted and employees behind that counter can’t be trusted either.

If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would. Maybe more training needs to be given idk but my door dasher let me know as he went to get my order a Starbucks employee dropped my whole order which is fine accidents happen, but my drink did spill into my food item which made it soggy & gross. My drink had whip cream & syrup all throughout the outside & was so sticky , the employee apparently just refused to remake my order which is crazy to me… apparently it was in “good condition”.. I was missing some of my drink .. lol anyways stay away from here! Idk why I even still give Starbucks my money..

I have been there a couple times now and coming in their service has been both times superior and a pet peeve of mine is having to ask for whipped cream even though it comes with the recipe. Keep it up! 3 out 3 orders no issue at all with them.

Emmanuel is amazing he made the perfect iced carmel cappuccino. Staffs are friendly. I like the vanila almond cookies and egg pesto sandwiched what they suggested me. Was fresh and delicious. Nice decorations.

I usually stop at this Starbucks on my way to work in the morning. There’s almost always a line, but the staff moves quickly to keep it flowing and consistently maintains a friendly attitude.

I ordered a lemon loaf and was told it couldn’t be warmed due to a fire hazard. How so?! The only reason I asked is because, at another location, a barista asked me if I’d like it warmed. She placed it in the oven and pressed, what looked to me, a lemon loaf icon. (I could be wrong) Nevertheless, when she handed me the loaf, it was perfectly warmed. No bubbling fiery mess that this barista touts at this location were I am currently. As a matter of fact, I should give one star for the boastful claim that the ovens can’t do it. Because, I know that they can! You mean to tell me, these hi tech machines can’t warm a iced cake without causing a gooey mess? Sounds more like an user error to me. Maybe cross-training amongst locations is in order; so, y’all can be consistent across the board.

I always look forward to visiting a Starbucks when I’m in the US because of the different flavored drinks they offer. I got a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frap and it was delicious. Earlier I tried a hot pink drink with Mango and Passion Fruit and that was the perfect summer drink.
