Ordered threw drive thur and Alma was rude and impatient, i ordered 3 burgers and she never asked if i needed sauce so i asked for bbq sauce and she hands me 1 sauce . I really wanted to tell her about good customer service since ive been a server for 20 years .. but i kept ot professional. She needs to talked too and remember shes at wrk and needs to have better customer service! I love carls jr but if she rake my order again i will tell her about herself.

I usually don’t do reviews, but I wanted to make sure that other potential customers were aware that the times for this store have changed. I talked to a supervisor there about it because I came around 10:30 to dine and it was closed. She said dine closed at 10pm and that the drive thru closed at 1am Sunday-Thursday and that Saturday and Monday were until 2am. I appreciate their communication and their delicious western cheeseburgers!

It’s rare these days to see a polite and engaging drive thru clerk. The gentlemen that took my order was such a person. Other than the normal decent fast food offerings from Carl’s the friendly customer service was a breath of fresh air. Compared to some people who don’t greet you and shows you their attitude and you can tell they don’t like their jobs and don’t want to be there.

I’ll be honest, I haven’t eaten at a Carl’s Jr in probably 2 years. I simply got tired of poor service, always having a problem with my order and/or the meal quality. I decided to give it another shot today at store number 1100353 and its probably the best burger I have ever had. Everything was done properly, Burger was warm, and the customer service was spot on.
I’d like to give kudos to the customer service if Corporate can refer back to order number 339676 at store number 1100353.

Oh my goodness! I’ve been to this CJ’s countless times since moving to Lincoln, but tonight (2/23) I came in for my usual order and got the immense pleasure of having Rick take my order. First impression is the most important in customer service and he made his mark. What an absolute gem! He was such a sweetheart, got me everything I wanted and went above and beyond. My order was fresh off the grill and perfect. His customer service is how it should be everywhere else! Get this man a raise pronto! Rick keep up the exceptional work and don’t stop being your amazing self.

Spicy chicken sandwich is wonderful but disappointed that they charge extra for onions and jalapeños. Produce is something every fast food location needs to supply freely. They need to use produce to brighten the flavor of the sandwiches.
