Friendly staff. There were only 2 workers. Food was not good. Burger, chicken nuggets, chicken strips, fries were all cold. Definitely not worth the price paid. Chicken was also rubbery like they just tried to refry it to warm it some.

Over all experience was good.
I felt the burger was dry especially the bread. The Service was good especially the blond who brought out my food. My fries were missing but she quickly replaced them and waved the fee. Thank you!

Haven’t been to Jack In The Box in quite some time. Today was a great visit. Customer service was great, the original tacos were scrumptious and the place was looking pretty spiffy. Lots of new items on the menu and lots to choose from. Gabe, our cashier was young, kind and professional.
Kayleene & Emily worked and kept the place tidy while attending to the customers in drive-thru. Thumbs up2the6pm crew on our arrival!

Very disappointed in our food last night at the store in Kelso. I ordered the feature special that advertised onion crisps on the burger and was told they dont get that item anymore. What I got was a semi cold cheeseburger with a tiny bit of smoky sauce on it. I also ordered 2 tacos and they were so greasy that they stuck to the inside of the wrapper. I usually love Jack in the Box, but im pretty sure I won’t pay again for food i.couldnt even finish. One plus was the French fries were hot and fresh.

Probably one of the best fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. My food was made to order, so everything was fresh. My burger was juicy. My fries were full in the box and still hot. This store should be the model for all stores in Washington State. 10/10

Girl took our order quick. Food was fast but was asked if I wanted a receipt I said no. She handed me one anyways. Got home and the fries were hard as rocks with burnt oil taste. A little to gross to eat for me.

Bad customer service. Bad service in general. had to wait to get rung up, and when I got my food it was SOOOOOO wrong. I just got a burger patty with the wrong fries (JUST THE PATTY NOTHING ELSE). They didnt remake it they just gave me a bun and sent me on my way. Missing a second patty, bacon and cheese. I wasn’t about to waste more of my time in there with people who dont know how to work fast food, and that’s coming from someone that currently works fast food. I usually order online, and 90% of the time my orders correct.
