I am always pleased when visiting this location. The food is prepared with tender loving care and never disappoints. The cashier is always friendly, attentive and courteous. The only reason I left 4 stars for the atmosphere is because the television wasn’t on that day and the location is very small but that is really not a big concern for me.

So I ordered a Kid’s Spaghetti and meatballs dinner and when I opened it up, I was disappointed to see that I had enough sauce for two orders. Won’t make that mistake again. Hey Ledo, tell your cooks to “GO EASY ON THE SAUCE” and heavy on the spaghetti! The photo shows how much sauce I had left over.

I went to Ledo in greenbelt and was shocked by what happened. The manager rob is rude, aggressive and even refused several times to give me his name until I gave him mine which I gave on the first
Time he asked but I shouldn’t have. I felt attacked and I couldn’t beleive his actions.
I called in and several times confirmed with the lady who confirmed in the store that the pizza should be half green pepper/halal pepperoni and other half cheese. When I got there, it was half and half. I share with someone who only eats cheese. I have a limited lunch break so I told him I will come back and he can remake the cheese part because I have to go and I told the lady on the phone. He starts asking me directly “did she repeat it twice” “I can make it in 5 minutes” “I am not giving you free pizza” “call me and I’ll give a discount”
This was not about free pizza but then he slammed the door open through the pizza on the table. He then said I’ll give you cash refund and I said yes he asked cash or card I said cash. I don’t trust him, he pulled out cash then went to the system and said I can’t give you cash you said card, another lie.
Then because of the behavior knowing I didn’t want to come back I said okay you can make it by 1:47 he said yes he came back at 1:51 with a pizza that was made wrong the toppings were spilling over, the dough was not cooked properly all flimsy the pizza fell apart.
Still wanting to fix it I called him and he said bring the product back when I kept saying please remake it by 3 I am off at 3 I don’t have time. He is so focused on everything but fixing the problem. This needs to be addressed I will not let this go so he can continue treating others like this.

This is a great Ledo’s! The pizzas always taste great and they add plenty of toppings. We love the pre-cooked bacon, which is cooked to perfection. The workers are always friendly. I highly recommend it!!

I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 steak and cheese sandwiches . Before leaving I checked my food and some ingredients were missing that I asked for on both sandwiches . I came back in and asked could they be fixed correctly ! I was made to wait 10 minutes just to get back home and they didn’t box anything on the sandwiches ! Didn’t make it better that it was dry ! Service was very I don’t want to be at work today . Not a good experience!

For many many years. Ledo Pizza has been the best pizza around. We have been buying frlom Ledo Pizza ever since they were a little restaurant near Langley Park. They are still the best. We see ads and sales announcements from all the big Pizza chains, but we still want Ledo Pizza when we get a Pizza. It is good to be able to find it now in so many places in Maryland.
