Waited 15 minutes for one famous bowl after we paid. Finally came to window with the wrong order. Left with no food. Kinda of a timeline and thought that one thing would be easy to throw together.

I got a potpie and it leaked all over my food in bag on other food in the bag. Drive thru and manager was very unprofessional and rude on north Euclid in bay city. Someone shouldn’t be in drive thru with a attitude and and they denied a refund. I would recommend this as family friendly due to bad attitudes and unprofessionalism.

I waited 10 minutes for a famous bowl and when I go inside and ask for my money back because my break at work is over so I can’t even eat it they just hand me the bowl tell me to have a great day. Ruined my entire day and won’t even pick up the phone so I can’t speak to a manager what a joke.

I ordered a 3 piece big box meal white meat only. I got home and there were 2 thhighs and a drumstick mashed potatoes with no gravy that were like paste. W h en I tried to call several NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. if this is the customer service they are providing i will never use this place again.

Got 3 chicken pot pies with no chicken to speak of!! Just lost 3 customers!! Got the 2 piece meal last week and no meat on either the wing or thigh and overdone.. Completely done with your company!!! Shared this with family and friends who are also done with you!!!

Manager on duty is Amanda, but I was told there is more than one Amanda that works this location. The Manager didn’t even hand me my food or apologize for the plastic in my food. If corporate finds this review please send me a refund for my meal. I will gladly never come to this franchise again to spend my money.
Currently waiting for my receipt for my famous bowls I ordered. One bowl had a part of what looked like a plastic glove in it… yes I found the glove with my mouth. Yuck! Not to mention the other two bowls didn’t have any chicken in them just fried skin from the chicken and batter. All the manager on duty was willing to do was replace my bowls. I asked for a full refund and three additional bowls like I originally ordered but the manager on duty refused because she said she’s not allowed to replace food and refund food. Last time I checked most places will reimburse your money and will give you a new meal because they screwed up. I am not impressed. I may not return to this location ever again.

Absolutely awful. This is not the first time I have paid a lot of money for little food. They do not know how to properly feed their customers. I have complained to corporate before and no action has been taken. Also, our food was cold after a five minute drive home.
