I thought this was gonna be an average burger but I was pleasantly surprised. The burger had great flavor and what tasted like fresh ingredients. The fries were seasoned well and had a nice crispiness to them. The shake was also very good.

The staff were professional and efficient. The atmosphere was very laid back which was nice.

The price stops me from making this a consistent stop. $28 for double bacon cheeseburger, fry and sub a shake.

3*** = Good but no separation from similar restaurants
4**** = Set themselves a part with quality food and I want to go back.
5*****= You have to go out of your way and make a special trip to try the deliciousness that is there!

Absolute BEST fries and meaty cheeseburgers here! The prices are a little high but the the taste makes up for it.
I have to say the service here was amazing, they were so nice and I think they loaded up our fry cup, we had so many bag fries 🙂

Thanks ladies! We’ll be stopping back for more!

This particular Five Guys is fantastic. They always get the order perfectly right. Everything is always fresh and delicious. There are always open parking spaces and seats. It’s clean and the A/C is blasting. And I see people online acting like it’s expensive or overpriced but last time my wife and I went we accidentally both got double cheeseburgers which was too much food to eat and we shared a REGULAR fry which was basically a 5lb sack of potatoes and a drink and it was all $30. Highly recommended.

I paid $17.39 for the bacon cheeseburger and the smallest fries. With that said, this was my first time trying it, and although the flavor of the burger was good, felt cheesy and juicy, I don’t think I would come back soon. Too expensive, Nothing beats IN N OUT personally. The Cajun fries I did not like. Too much powder spices, it my liking I would just stick with the regular fries. As you see in the pic I left about half or more of the fries. They do serve a big portion of them though although it’s the small size. I give it a 2 because of the price and how everything is sold separate. Flavor was okay.

The burgers here are trash bags. Yikes. I usually go the the locations in Tempe who just does it right. This location for what ever reason just is wrong. The place was dead empty and im not surprised. Next time im in the area I will go to 5 guys instead for sure.

Bland meat
Skimpy portion
Tasted like a burger I would make coming in at 3 am half drunk and out of it but without the hangover everything tasted good vibe.

Whew 14 dollars for a burger and then 7 dollars for a fry and then 3 bucks for a drink…. 24 dollar meal …. it was good but IDK if it was 24 per person good. Also … default prompting for a tip is cringe if you have to ask me for a tip you don’t deserve a Tip. 15 dollars an hour for minimum wage AND tips … damn … honestly, I ordered my food via a line, got my own order when it was ready, made my own drinks, got my own condiments and napkins, and cleaned and put up my trash myself … where is a Tip due ?

Not great. Way too expensive for a mediocre burger. The whole vibe of this chain is like they are aiming at being a high end diner, but are just serving fast food, so they end up doing neither thing well. Most of the food was pretty bland, I’ll probably never eat here again, and if i ever do want a high end type fast food burger, In N Out is a better product all around.

I tried a burger, fries, and a milkshake and it came to a ridiculous 30$. The burger meat, though it is a good beef quality, had no seasoning, and the proportion of meat to the other burger contents were off, there was too much meat and the bun and other stuff just basically turn into mush and you couldn’t taste any other part of the burger. The durability of the bun compared to the heft of the meat is irrational and does not hold up well. Couldn’t taste the grilled mushrooms or onions at all and as someone who likes pickles on a burger, their pickles were flimsy and flavorless.

As for the fries, they really weren’t bad at all! It’s crazy how the fries had tons of salt but the beef seemed to have no seasoning of any type at all. I also tried a milkshake and will say, it disappointed. Not sure why, it was more like chocolate milk than a milkshake. Although the fries were good, the exorbitant price and lackluster flavor make Five Guys a “never again” for me. Instead go to in n out burger.

I also took off a star because, although this location was decently busy, there were only two employees present. There really needs to be more than two people doing all this work, and i can guarantee they probably don’t make more than minimum, so the amount of work they have to do cooking basically everything is quite high for the amount of traffic present. Five Guys, hire more employees and pay them better!! For ten bucks per burger I’m sure you can afford it.

Food is very good but price is a little on the high side (you get what you pay for – quality). They always give an abundance of fries and I like the remodel at this location. The workers are friendly and hard-working.

Ever since this location shut down for a few months, it’s been lacking after re-open. This is just one of several tries. Whether we dine in or take out, the cheese isn’t melted, the buns are like they were taken directly out of the fridge, and the burgers in total are hardly warm and made haphazardly with everything falling apart on first bite. Disappointing especially for the prices we were paying
