To add on to this. I have no complaint against the delivery drivers and regular employees. I’ve had tons of wonderful conversations with my delivery drivers and employees when picking up.
The service here could use some work, I’ve never been more frustrated and unsatisfied with an order from dominos.
David, Toby and Steven are great examples of hardworking employees who truly care about hospitality.
Placed an delivery order for 3 pizzas, 1 medium, & 2 large. I requested extra sauce for all three pizza. When the pizzas were delivered, my teens answered the door. The delivery driver did not provide our receipt and upon opening the pizzas up it was clear that only the medium pizza had extra sauce. When I called our local Domino’s in Crossroads, TX. on US380, a male name Mark said he was manager heard my concern, then placed me on hold for 3-5 mins, then the call was picked up again and s disconnected. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I called back and spoke with a female who introduced herself as Tracy the GM. I then proceeded to inform Tracy of the situation. This location has received a low star rating, not because the issue wasn’t resolved, not because the food isn’t good, but because both managers were not pleasant in their phone etiquette when speaking with me. Both Manager Mark and GM Tracy tone and demeanor over the phone were bras. Both managers sounded bothered by me call as if I was the one at fault for asking for extra sauce. I have uploaded pictures of the pizzas and my phone call details with this Domino’s. SMH, what a poor representation of service and if this is the service we get, then I would rather spend my money elsewhere.
Didn’t get the right pizza at all, and called the store to ask about getting the right pizza and the gentleman who picked up the phone complained about me calling to tell them they delivered me the wrong pizza. If I’m spending money for a business, you would think they could get an order right. It’s just pizza
Will probably not be spending any more money at dominos in the near future, terrible service from employees and no food delivered correctly.
If I could put 0 stars, I would!!!!
My mother, who has osteoarthritis, was the only one home at the time and cannot bend down to pick things up. On top of that, where we come from, placing food on the ground is extremely disrespectful. Not to mention, this is Texas—there are ants, lizards, and all kinds of insects outside. Why would anyone think it’s okay to leave cooked food on the ground?
Also, if you like to pay extra for dips and not receive them, this is the spot for you.
Of course this happened when I tipped in advance. SMH.
