I give them a 4 because apparently with “protein pockets” you are not allowed to customize them like you can a sub sandwich. They said you can take away stuff but your not allowed to add anything to them. Very disappointing considering they are known for customizing. Very disappointing!

Ok I’m tired of this place, they don’t accept deals from the app, and today is the last straw. Ordered food to be delivered, a meal, and only the sandwich was delivered. I did not receive the drink or chips. Can’t find any way of getting a refund in the app. The contact us is just an ai bot that goes in circles. This place owes me about $5

This location used to be great. However they have hired new people, and one of them is very rude and pushy about the coupons to the point of beinf aggressive. The prices have been raised and what you can use the coupons on is minimal. They put way too much mayo on subs and the store is very loud. This does not make me want to return. The people here used to be kind I really don’t know what happened.
