Bad customer service they took 40 minutes to hand me my order. Do keep in mind I was the second customer there. Please don’t waste your time or money. The tamales are nasty, dry and microwaved! When I arrived home I tasted the tamales and ended up trashing all 9 tamales. I observed the employee reheat tamales that she took out from what appeared to be a refrigerator and cooked them three times in microwave maybe they r frozen tamales not sure but they taste so nasty. Why offer tamales if they aren’t fresh or warm. What a waste of my money and time! I gave 1 star to leave this review but It should be a negative 10 stars. I attached picture of tamales upclose w the time I placed my order and the t I me Ireceived it and went in my car to take picture for review .

Updating my previous review of 4 starts… Bad customer service, I have been going there for the last two years and business have been changing the workers very often, taste of everything has been changing, I guess they way they prepare orders and most of the times orders are incorrect. I found another place nearby like three blocks -Las Palmits Fruit- 8027 E. Florence Ave, Downey, they have almost same things but service is much better and place is clean and new, check it by yourself and compare.

I’ve had an assortment of things and multiple different drinks and so far not a SINGLE miss. If you get a bad taste it’s probably from a fruit you don’t like because everything is always on point here. Great spot and they always listen/ accommodate to any order. Ingredients are always fresh and the ginger shots are good when sick
