This is the time we’ve eaten here. First 2 were ok, but this 3rd time was bad! Waitress is 20ish. We should have often a clue when she brought me an Arnold Palmer made with orange Starry. I ordered the “roasted turkey dinner”. The turkey was sliced deli meat that had been “roasted” on the grill, gravy & mashed potatoes… dry & tasted like cardboard. My husband ordered the cheese curd burger. It came with no cheese curds on it. All & all, over priced, over cooked & nasty. It’s a shame these places can’t understand what a truck driver goes through daily & deserves a decent meal for a decent price. Iron skillet tries, but some of these places really fall short!

Service was very very slow. I got frustrated and went to get our menus by myself. It took double if not triple the time it usually takes a normal order to arrive. The prices are okay for the food, u get access to an unlimited salad bar and soup bar if u order a meal which is reasonable. The soup selection isn’t the best but the salad bar had alot of stuff. The server messed up my brothers order and we cancelled his because the food takes forever. The chicken tenders and fries aren’t the best. The place was kind of all over the place, they need to hire more people! The place could be good if it was managed a little bit better. The workers seems over worked and all over the place. Moral of the story, would not recommend.

Recently moved back to the area and I think I remember this place being formerly Savoy truck stop. Wife and I decided to have some lunch and try out the restaurant because asthetically the truck stop and dining area was actually really nice.
After sitting down, service was a little slow but not enough to raise a fuss about. I ordered the chicken strip basket after drooling over the photo of the chicken strips on the menu. I asked what the soup of the day was and the waitress said minestrone, since it was a tad chilly I had been craving a cup of soup and minestrone is one of my favs. The wife ordered the Club Sandwich with extra mayo on the side.
It took a good amount of time to receive the food, I would guess 10-15 mins. Once our food came out I immediately saw the ugliest chicken strips Ive ever seen. I was also handed a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup and was explained that they were out of the soup of the day, I unfortunately do not like broccoli cheddar and the waitress said she would gladly take it off the bill. This was around 1pm just for reference…..They forgot my wife’s extra mayo and came back with a coagulated blob in a plastic cup… at this point I was turned off, the batter was terrible and bland on the strips… surprisingly though my wifes club wasnt that bad looking or tasting according to her…
We checked out and paid the bill and when asked if our food was okay my wife said the chicken was not that good, not even mentioning what they passed off as mayo kn a cup..
.. and the server told us she would take it off the ticket. Somehow with two 11.99 plates, two sodas, no cup of soup, it still came out to 25 bucks with tax, and no itemized receipt to check. Never again, steer clear, should have just starved and lit 25 bucks on fire… yea.
Later on my wife had slightly similar symptoms of food poisoning, chills and bathroom issues..

Everything is so new and nice. It just took way to long to get our food the place was dead and then longer for the apple pie rolls.Which btw are amazing. Overall super good. Highly recommend stopping in. If you read my reviews please do me a favor and follow me on google reviews. Thank you .

Food was really bad, eggs don’t taste like anything. Hash browns were bad, corned beef hash was disgusting. The toast might have been ok except instead of butter they use a seed oil spread that leaves a bad taste. Seriously the food has no redeemable qualities and on top of that I’m writing this review while sitting here for way to long waiting for our waitress to show herself so we can get out check and leave

Came here to eat A chicken fried steak dinner. The dinner was lousy. They don’t know how to cook food, the food was cold and the gravy was like water. It gave me a stomach ache. Going to give them another chance and wait to eat Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow.
Getting turkey crumbs for Thanksgiving dinner. A dinner that supposed to be all you can eat. Been here for two hours and the waitress only came to our table twice. I complained about seeing other people with sliced turkey to the manager and I asked him to give me sliced turkey. They forgot the ham that comes with the dinner. They brought the ham out 15 minutes later with my first refill.

The servers were very polite but the food was another topic, I ordered the chicken tenders and requested onion rings, they didn’t have any which is no big deal, it happens. When my food came to the table my French fries were cold which is not very good to say the least and my chicken tenders were mostly crispy breading and hardly any chicken. A couple of the tenders were cold as well. I get that it struck stop food and it’s not supposed to be top of the line dining but hot food is supposed to be hot. Also thebchicken tenders in my opinion need to be a little more chicken and a little less tender.
