I love this store but was very disappointed today. I ordered a pizza with LIGHT cheese, and it was so thick it drowned the meat. I also ordered garlic twist and received parmigiana knots. I am not a fan of cheese. Therefore, I ate none of the pizza and wiped the cheese off a knot and ate one.
No dinner for me!

Ordered a large 1 topping pepperoni pizza via app for a pickup on our way out of town. Order was ready faster than expected, but didn’t check our pizza before we continued on our 3 hour drive.

The pizza we received was one of the worst if not worst pizza we’ve ever had, with it being undercooked, dripping with grease, and the inside dough being spread paper thin.

We submitted feedback as we were already out of town and didn’t want to backtrack, but nobody reached out to us, which it’s been over a month at this point.

Based on recent reviews, this seems to be common here. The only other time I’ve had a pizza this bad was at Pizza Hut.

By far and away the most disgusting pizza I have ever recieved from anywhere. The underside of the pizza was sopping wet, the whole thing was falling apart and most likely undercooked. As a die hard domino’s supporter- I have never recieved such a poorly made pizza, this is simply disgusting and unacceptable.

Gave me the wrong order. Had 3 kids with me by myself. Couldn’t drive back after realizing order was wrong. Phone died, had to get a charger. Called them the next day to try and see if there was any way to rectify this situation. They refused to help in any way. I gave them a stellar review the time I ordered from them before. They deserved it for that time. This past time…they got it wrong, but not just that, they refused to make it right. Not happy and not impressed.
Tell me no, I’m recommending other restaurants ( with my almost 6k followers). Should have offered to appease us.

Ordered wings, they gave me 1 flat. And to top it off, 3 almost 4 don’t have any hot sauce on them AT ALL. Whoever made these just didn’t give any fs. As expensive as this stuff is, the quality should be a little better

Pizza was burnt! It was awful! Worse pizza we received from dominos! Receipt said pepperoni-we ordered pepperoni and sausage-it was delivered immediately, makes us think it was an old pizza, added sausage, reheated and sent it. Not good!
