The two girls that worked tonight (1/6/24) were rude and acted as tho making food was an inconvenience. We had several sandwiches and so we didn’t really watch them top it just told them what needed to go on it. The veggie was pathetic and all the bread tasted stale. As someone who has worked in food service, I understand you have bad days but this was a bit ridiculous.

Ordered a chop salad online. Went to pick it up, wasn’t chopped, 3 of the vegetables weren’t in the salad. Showed correctly on the receipt they were working from to complete the order. Then got an attitude with me when I asked questions. Customer who knew one of the workers made a comment to the woman working about people being ugly and she responded back and agreed. Sorry that my pointing out in a calm, respectful way that my order wasn’t correct is considered ugly. Lesson learned to not order off the app to just go in and watch them make the order. I’m okay with a mistake happening. It’s that they at first tried to tell me the info wasn’t on the ticket making it my fault the order was incorrect then never apologized when they realized it was on the ticket.

I don’t see the point of having a hat if you’re going to stick your hair in the front for style or fashion reasons I assume. I get it, but I don’t want hair in my sub. Every time the one young lady leans forward her hair is hovering above the topping and sub. I would suggest hair nets please. This is my favorite subway because it’s the best but I am a germaphobe and I cannot stand seeing stuff like that. The restaurant is very clean and their sanitation rating is always 98+.

Out of tons of toppings & the toppings they did have were disgusting. Most were brown and not fresh AT ALL. You’re going to make people sick. Don’t keep the same toppings out all day long to turn into brown mush. I will be traveling out of my way to a different subway from now on.

I came in one night order my sandwich. I’m always polite and respectful and all I got was a side order of an attitude. She picked the wrong bread and I asked her to change it she got rude after that as well as instead of getting the mayo to come out the bottle by banging it on the table she bangs the bottle on my sandwich bread. Which pissed me off because that’s nasty. If you don’t like you job it’s easy to find one you like. Stop taking it out on people who don’t deserve it.

My husband paid online for two 12” subs, two pizzas, and a ‘footlong cookie’. When he arrived at the subway to get the food the pizzas were not in the bag. When he asked about the items. The two young employees told him that they didn’t have them so they just didn’t acknowledge it. Probably hoping he wouldn’t notice and just leave without HALF of our order. When he asked for just another ham footlong in exchange then he was told ‘I can’t. But you can get your money back though.” When he asked how she told him ‘she didn’t know and it wasn’t her problem.’ I’ve never meet two snobby teenagers in my life. But how crappy this Subway is I believe him. We are NOT going here again.

If i could give this place a 0 I would. Have went twice in couple weeks and they never have anything you want. Charged me twice for 1 sandwich the first time as well. And this time I did an online order and they tried to give me only 2 items of the 4 that I ordered. I do not recommend them at all right now until they get new staff.

Each time, I order via online. Each time, a smiling employee asks if I had an online order. I say yes, and my order is handed to me nearly right away. The sandwiches I order are always tasty, put together well, and made the way I like it.
