Not something I enjoy doing but I can only say to only use when in desperation. I can confirm most negative reviews after being to this establishment as they are, unfortunately, true. The lady serving us was not nice, making us feel unwelcomed. My kid refused to finish his waffle with chocolate as it was simply unpleasant and certainly not being a chocolate but more of a liquid of some description. My order of a simple tostada con tomate was forgotten and when reminded that I was still waiting for it was servedsoggy, with tomatoes already applied (nevere happened to me in Spain before) and as if prepared a long time ago. My experience was disappointing and my mistake was not checking other reviews beforehand.

I don’t quite understand the bad reviews on here. We had visited for 1 week and we ate here 3 times (one was a takeaway 4 cheese pizza and the taste was very strong but a nice handmaked fired pizza) first time I had the goats cheese salad which was amazing! There was loads of fruit and goats cheese and I was the best salad I have had. The person I was with had the shrimp spaghetti and that too was simple but full of flavour and prawns. We then had chocolate fondue to end with lots of fruit and was so rich! Next time we went back we had the calamari to start which was not chewy and very nice. And for mains had steak on a stone. Very good thick cut of meat (won’t let me post it) but portions of chips we had was small in comparison to other places but really crispy. The staff were wonderful every time always checking and filling up drinks and were super friendly

Worst place I’ve been to in a long time. After a beautiful walk we stopped here for a couple of beers and some nachos with guacamole. €13.90 for a cheap bag of nacho crisps with processed guacamole sauce ( not made with avocado) a spoonful of cheese sauce and some cold sprinkled mozzarella type cheese. Tasted like the bottom of a birdcage. Service also pretty bad. Had to ask for the bill 4 times. Beer was €5 and €3.50 alcohol free. Overpriced and awful food and service

What a great place to have a meal! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and polite. The service was great. The food was just delicious and reasonably priced, we had delicious tapas served with our drinks. I would definitely recommend this place.

The restaurant was busy and we hadn’t reserved a table (we shall next time), so we enjoyed a refreshing beer whilst a table became available (30-mins).
We were made very welcome and the food was delicious! We enjoyed pasta, steak, and fondue, all of which were well presented and served promptly. I had the cheesecake which was outstanding; a real treat
Definitely recommended! We didn’t have the pizza on this occasion, but it looked great, as did the hot stone meats. We’ll be back on our next visit

If I hadn’t already had a couple of beers I would have mistaken this place for a cattle farm.
The food was very low quality, probably the most economical way for this place to make the most profit.
The beverages were very budget too!!
Overall the place was not up to the standard of a restaurant, it was more like a service station on the M25 ring road.
1/5 stars from me, poor customer service, awful tasting food, hygiene levels of a public toilet and the beer also tasted rubbish.
(Also, very well hidden on Google!! So I hope people see this review and consider going to the restaurant next door)

We decided to sit at this restaurant because it was busy, and I thought that meant it was a good spot. How wrong I was. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. We were seated at a front row table, which turned out to be a terrible choice since there was a garbage disposal nearby, and the smell was awful the entire time.
I ordered a Nutella crepe for €7.50, and it was the most dreadful crepe I have ever had. It was a small, dry, tasteless crepe with a tiny smear of what was supposed to be Nutella. It was extremely overpriced and not worth a single cent.
The worst part, however, was the rude waiter. I couldn’t get his attention to bring the bill, so I went inside to pay. I had to wait quite a while as he was busy chatting with some locals. When he finally handed me the bill, he just turned around and went back outside to serve other tables, leaving me standing there with the bill in one hand and my credit card in the other, waiting yet again.
This experience left a bad taste in my mouth in every possible way. I will never return to this place. In fact, I’m not sure I’ll come back to Sierra Nevada for a while because I don’t want to be reminded of this terrible experience. This establishment should go out of business because they give Sierra Nevada, and even Spain, a bad reputation.
