I cannot say enough about this restaurant. Everything was excellent from the service to our meal. The portion size was plenty for a person and the price was just right. The salsa and chips we got beforehand were good as well. There salsa was homemade and each bowl we got tasted just a little different. The spices were just right and it left you waiting for that next scoop. I can not wait to come back and try something new! My photo is the fajita agave! Shrimp, crab, and tilapia.

Tried ‘Blue Agave’ for dinner and I thought the food was good! I do wish the chips for the salsa were warm, but the salsa had a nice zip to it. I had the chimichangas and it was a great portion size (two small chimis with rice and beans). My fiancee had the chicken with chorizo dish; the chicken was juicy and the chorizo was mild.
The new paint job and layout made it seem much more open and airy. Service was fast.
I would absolutely try it again while I’m at work to see if we can get in and out for a normal lunch hour.

We have been here two times now and each time we have been so happy with the food and service. The guacamole is amazing and maybe the best I’ve had! Very generous portions. A must if you like guacamole! For my picky kid they have Kraft macaroni and fries! Everyone is happy! Portions are very generous! I have gotten the blue agave bowl both times and it has been delicious! We will definitely be back!

Price was a bit on the high side averaging $15-$25 per plate. Margarita tastes mostly like mixer. No combo plate options on menu or any house or signature dishes that set it aside from other Mexican Restaurants. Meat was decently seasoned and service was good. Chimichangas were small but there were two. There are cheaper Mexican places for the same quality and more menu options.

We could not get into Firefly grill and went next door to Agave Mexican Restaurant. Our waiter was so funny and nice. My friend got the margarita special. I got a small margarita. Hers was gigantic! We ordered soup which came out hot and very meaty and delicious. My friend didn’t like cilantro but in she lived the soup and said it added a nice flavor. We will be back to enjoy more food. I hope we get the same waiter!

The staff here is SO rude. Went at a very slow time. We were there less than an hour and the older woman who waited on us, could not wait for us to leave. We weren’t loud or demanding and tipped well. I’m not sure what the issue was but turning the lights off on your ONLY customers (at 2pm) and then running into the back trying to be slick, is super weird. They also overcharge for what you get.. there are way too many good Mexican restaurants with great service (and prices) in the area to waste your time at this place

Totally not worth it, particularly margarita – these are not fresh and very artificial, don’t ever order it. Quality and quantity of the items not worth it for the highly quoted price. There are so many other good Mexican restaurants that serves great quality food and drinks for lot less price.

The chips were stale but the salsa n queso are both good. Good prices. Great selection of margaritas. The have a small selection of Hispanic pasta dishes.
