food was safe. Good service, the staff is friendlybut they need a manager to teach them what to do and simply manage. Nice and welcoming atmosphere but lacking a manager. I probably won’t visit again but it’s only because their are other Chipotles better run. The staff needs support.

This is one of the worst Chipotles restaurants I’ve ever been to. The service was terrible, the food even worse. The rice was undercooked and hard. I ordered chicken and they only gave me about five pieces of chicken. The person who served me was very rude. I will never go back to that place.

First I love chipotle but I went to the islandia store which is so close to me I couldn’t wait till it opened. Four times first time they gave me beef instead of chicken 2nd time they gave me a tablespoon of guacamole 3rd time there was no rice but alittle white but I like brown. Tonight I went n a man moping said they were temporarily closed all the way in the back. No one came up to the door I will never go back plus it is never seasoned correctly I know cos I go to many locations corporate have to get involved here. Sorry my first review ever.

The station was so messy with rice grains, cheese and sauces all over the counter. Person preparing my food scraped all the old fallen rice off the counter and put it in my bowl. The bowl itself was wet on the outside from the person sliding it down the assembly line through all the sauce and mess and couldn’t be bothered to at least clean off the smears of sour cream from their gloves. I couldn’t even clean it myself because they were out of napkins. Absolutely sloppy.

Avoid this place at all cost you’re better off driving the extra 10 mins to the next closest chipotle. I got a “CHICKEN” burrito ordered for pick up and they gave me 7 pieces of chicken. Now I’m sitting here cooking extra chicken to put in my burrito. You guys suck.

The counter where food is prepped was not clean. The girl making my husband’s burrito put so much rice she couldn’t close up the burrito and just kind of made it a ball… don’t go here.
