They’re all very patient and friendly and knowledgeable about all of the menu offerings! The kolache is a really fun way to eat something, just be careful if you get it heated up it stays hot for a long time! Highly recommend the seasonal pumpkin cream cheese turnover with just the perfect amount of crunch. All around a great experience, and I love coming here for a midday treat. Thank you!

I had a large white chocolate mocha with skim milk and whipped cream. I had not had one for several years as I no longer live in Rockford. It was as awesome as I remember! I went through the drive up and my server was very polite and very knowledgeable.

I live in the area so go here a lot and always get the same thing, a smoothie, or the occasional latte. The service is usually great when I go inside and the staff has always been very kind and social. Drinks are always made well and with effort. I was a little displeased to go through the drive thru today during my break, order my usual (smoothie) and end up receiving what I could best describe as watered down milk with some ice chunks. The employee working the drive thru seemed to be in a rush and annoyed despite the place being relatively empty. The color was very pale compared to all the smoothies I have previously ordered and I am just frustrated with the inconsistency. Obviously people are going to make mistakes, but the smoothie was close to white. I definitely will be back, but a little disappointed I wasted my time and money on a drink I didn’t even end up drinking. Maybe work out a measuring system?

Drive thru order, employee was in a rush. The employee had a negative attitude to not only me but to the two cars before me. It made me feel very uncomfortable. 5-7 minutes drive thru. The Perryville location is much nicer and welcoming.

Wonderful kind staff. Im pregnant and went in to find something that wouldnt make me sick and one staff offered to remake whatever I wanted until I was completely satisfied with the drink I chose. Such a wonderful experience with people who care about what they do.

Easy to find, ample parking, spacious and clean cafe with plenty of seating and friendly staff. Great selection of teas. Plenty of bakery items also. Enjoyed an americano and a vanilla almond tea while catching up on our lives with a wonderful friend from the past – such an enjoyable visit. We both highly recommend this place to others. ☕️

Well this was forth time there again you wait, I was there 6 month ago ordered my muffins first order they got wrong order second time I ordered I was in line waiting but vehicle behind me pulled up next to back door while we are waiting while they pile things in that vehicle we waited you mentioned to someone they say probably owners so basically my order was less important than the owners stuff so basically you don’t really care about customers. This morning I went in to get a muffin standing at counter while they are arguing playfully about something I have to come inside cause a line of 5 cars and then I wait while the one does coffee orders so the drive thru was served before the people that come inside , I walked out.
